Mile High Honda has changed my perception of the value a car dealer can bring to the service side. The owner and management appear to be enlightened enough to instill values, policies and practices that allow the employees to properly serve their customers. I have worked almost exclusively with Eric Pruter for over 6 years and he has never failed to provide superior service and value. I have come to trust Eric to the point that if he says something needs to be done I will have the repair done. Eric skillfully balances the interests of his employer with my desire to save money on necessary repairs. My greatest testimony is I have delayed bringing the cars in until a day Eric works. The Sales Department has demonstrated their respect for my limited time. I explain what it is I am looking for and ask what the best price is they can offer. Whenever I have a service issue (whether it is an oil change or repair), I always contact Eric Pruter. I feel that I can trust the information I receive from Eric and know that I am not being gouged for the service. In the past, Mile High Honda has gone over and above what is generally expected of a dealership. I once went to another dealship for an oil change because it was closer. Never again. They tried to sell me all sorts of unnecessary stuff. I felt uncomfortable and pressured. With Eric I never feel this way. When my husband passed away, Eric helped me immeasurably with both cars. He knew when each needed service, and arranged to have me taken back to work. Having owned 2 new Honda cars for over 21 years, I can tell you that I have been to a lot of Honda dealers and service areas. Mile High Honda by far provides me the absolute best service every time I vis tell you that I have been to a lot of Honda dealers and service areas. Not only does he take time to explain and show me everything, he helps me with preventative information as well. I will not take my car to anyone else, not even for a simple oil change. Car was delivered for a return service "free" oil change. A distinct problem with shifting was described to Eric. He thought it could be motor mounts. Motor mounts were replaced, but the probl oil change. A distinct problem with shifting was described to Eric. He thought it could be motor mounts. Motor mounts were replaced, but the problem, though improved, was not resolved. Eric "personally" took car for test drive and determined the transmission was faulty. Despite being almost 10 years old and we were not the original owner, Eric pursued Honda district representative for assistance in repair costs. Not only did Honda cover 1/2 the cost of a re-manufactured transmission, but Mile High removed the labor charges for the installed motor mounts "because that repair did not entirely resolve the problem." After all this service, we were still provided with a complimentary car wash at a nearby service station because Honda's wash rack was out of service. Upon departure, a problem with the rear view mirror retainer spring was called to Eric's attention whereupon he immediately arranged for a mechanic to come and install a replacement retainer spring so that the mirror was returned to proper stability. This is service above and beyond the call of duty. Eric always remembers my name when I call for any minor service and is quick to refer to the repair history so that unnecessary repairs are not duplicated. More

I've been a customer for nearly 20 years. Each time I've worked with Eric, he has been friendly and professional. He is always willing to give me the email discount (10%) when I ask. He follows through on his promises. My car is always ready when he says it will be and he calls if there are additional concerns not discussed in the quote. In my most recent visit, I explained to Eric that last summer, Mile High Honda recommended an oil gasket repair. I showed him a current quote I was given from a competing service shop and compared it to Mile High Honda's quote. Eric matched the price without any difficulties. In this economy, every dollar counts and I appreciate that he was willing to work with me. Customer Service is a challenging occupation that everyone should do once in their life. Eric Pruter is a natural at his job and Mile High Honda benefits from his friendly demeanor and professionalism. More
