I've had the curiosity of buying a new car that was more practical for driving in the mountains and yesterday Calvin helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I went in for an oil change for my old car and left with a new one. Most people would think I got suckered but in actuality I got what I wanted. I have smaller car payments and a lower interest rate than I had before. I also have a car that is more versatile for living in Colorado. However, I will miss my old car but Calvin and G were very patient with me while I made this big decision. They were super friendly and helped me with any question I had (which was a lot). Also after making the purchase Calvin was kind enough to come pick up my summer tires for the hybrid from my home and the dealer took off my winters so that I could collect them back. In case you were wondering I left with a 2011 Honda Element which is going to be great for camping, driving through the mountains and snowboarding. More

I dropped off my car to have the trailing arm bushings replaced and Chris could not have been more helpful. I had been to this dealership for repairs in the past and dealt with other people and every tim replaced and Chris could not have been more helpful. I was advised of the estimated time frame the repair would take so my companion and I decided to walk around the area to pass the time. Chris had said that he would see what he could do to try to speed up the process because of that, but in the end, it ended up take a little longer than estimated which is why the experience was good and not great. All in all, everything was great and will continue to go to this dealership for my auto needs. More

Had a minor crisis this Monday morning - my newly purchased used vehicle that I got from another dealer in town had a faulty ignition cylinder/switch/lock. The dealership I purchased this vehicle from would not open until it was too late for me to take care of the problem as I drive for a living and had to be on the road in order to keep my job. I called Mile High in a panic, and spoke with Craig in the parts dept to ensure they had the part I needed. Craig transferred me over to Eric in the service dept and they had me in and out with a functional work vehicle in less than one hour. Exceptional service, great people, a little pricey, but I had to take it. I would recommend this dealership to anybody. More
