I bought my new 2012 Honda CR-V EX from Mile High Honda on Feb. 16, 2012 and have had it serviced there ever since. I had an appointment with David Meltzer for a routine maintenance (similar to 10K miles) on Feb. 16, 2012 and have had it serviced there ever since. I had an appointment with David Meltzer for a routine maintenance (similar to 10K miles) on April 30, 2013. The Friday prior I had my snow tires removed at a local tire dealership and my regular tires mounted. While waiting for my service to be completed on April 30, David Meltzer came and showed me a TPMS stem from the right rear tire; it was crooked and the case was knicked as well. It had come out when the technician was removing the wheel to check the brake pads. David informed me that it would be unsafe to drive my car with the spare tire and they would need to keep my car overnight since the TPMS sensor was not available anywhere in the whole state. He told me that Mile High Honda would provide me with a loaner car to use the rest of the day and until my car was ready the following day, May 1. The part was going to be sent Fed Ex overnight and the loaner and part would cost me nothing. David said they would take care of it for me (even though it was not their problem, but had been done at the tire dealership). After some brief paperwork, David took me to a beautiful black Honda CR-V EX which I was delighted to drive home. David called me mid-afternoon the next day to say that my car was ready, so I drove the loaner back and was happy to drive my own car home. David Meltzer definitely went "the extra mile" in providing excellent customer service for me in the courteous, friendly way that he handled the entire transaction. It was fortunate that I did not have an accident between Friday and Tuesday while I was driving my car with the faulty TPMS sensor, even driving 65 mph west of Denver on the Sunday afternoon. I certainly appreciated David Meltzer's attention to this situation and his offer of a loaner and overnight Fed Ex service for the part. Also, they applied a Senior Discount when I went to pay which was also appreciated. I am extremely grateful to Mile High Honda and David Meltzer in particular for their excellent service. I have told friends about it and have always recommended Mile High Honda since purchasing my CR-V there last year. David Meltzer and Mile High Honda are tops with me! More
I gave the rating because of the professionalism demonstrated by Eric Pruter. Eric is the absolute best employee in the service department by far. He is always cordial and pleasant and very accommod demonstrated by Eric Pruter. Eric is the absolute best employee in the service department by far. He is always cordial and pleasant and very accommodating and cognizant of the needs of the customer. He makes me feel valued as a customer and he has always gone the "extra mile" to make sure that I receive the best service Honda has to give. I recently brought my vehicle in for major servicing and expressed that I was on a budget. Eric made sure that the service I received was within the range of what I could pay without compromising repairs. I had called the service department a week prior to schedule an appointment and the person I had spoke to prior to Eric was rude and impatient and I had decided to look for another Honda dealership to take my vehicle. But I remembered Eric from past experiences and decided I would ask for him. Well when I called, Eric answered, and all was well again. Mile High Honda, there are not many people in this world who are consistently gracious and kind, especially those who work in a service oriented arenas, but you have a priceless employee in the person of Eric Pruter. He is deserving of all of the promotions, bonuses and recognitions you can award. He is an asset to your organization and a blessing to me as a faithful customer. More
He sold me a used cars with speakers that broke just a month after purchase and a rim that was cracked. Totally disappointed when I went back and he said sorry, can't do anything about it. You already pur month after purchase and a rim that was cracked. Totally disappointed when I went back and he said sorry, can't do anything about it. You already purchased it and the boss won't pay to fix that, and that it's sold as is. I still think it's very poor customer service, since the stereo was the most important reason in purchasing a car for me and he assured me it had a good one. So I will not recommend going to him, don't trust what they say. They just want you to buy a car. Then good luck from there. My advice fully inspect it before purchase because they don't. More

I went to Mile High Honda to get my oil changed and to find out why the emergency brake was on. They told me they filled all the fluids to the car, told me I would probably need new breaks and a steering find out why the emergency brake was on. They told me they filled all the fluids to the car, told me I would probably need new breaks and a steering under carriage. No idea what a steering under carriage is and they didn't really explain what the part is only that it would cost $1040 to replace. So let me repeat this again I went in for a $38 oil change and to find out why the brake light on the display is on and was told I needed new brakes at $200 and a steering under carriage for $1040. It is total crap. First off they didn't fill all the fluids. When I opened the hood the lid to the brake fluid was off and almost completely empty. When I filled it the light off. So the light was on because it was low on fluid. They said in their report that fluids are leaking all over the car. Funny never noticed any fluids leaking. I took the car to get a second opinion about the steering under carriage. They said this is total crap and these guys were just trying to hustle me. I will probably need a new car in a few years but I will never ever do business with these guys again. More
I came to Mile High Honda in mid-February to check out the 2012 CR-V's after having researched them on Honda's website. I had previously purchased an Accord & 2 CR-V's in the past 11 years, all of them n the 2012 CR-V's after having researched them on Honda's website. I had previously purchased an Accord & 2 CR-V's in the past 11 years, all of them new from another dealer in the Denver metro area. I stopped in at Mile High Honda on the way to the other dealership, met Michael Ruplinger, & was so impressed by his courteous, respectful, friendly, & knowledgeable manner, than I was nearly sold on the deal right then. However, to give "equal time" to the previous dealership (where I had been just the previous day), I said I would probably be back to Mile High Honda in a couple of hours. I went to the other dealership, where they had changed their offer from the previous day & after discussing the situation for about 45 minutes, I left because they would not "budge" on the offer. I returned to Mile High Honda where I talked to Michael some more, then met George, who gave me a terrific trade-in allowance on my '08 CR-V, & I knew for sure that I wanted to buy my new CR-V from Mile High Honda. I have stopped in to visit a couple of times in the 3 months since I bought my CR-V at Mile High Honda & have enjoyed talking about my new car & the terrific service I have received there. I would highly recommend Michael Ruplinger & Mile High Honda to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle. I already have 2 prospects for them in the next few months. I found that Michael & Mile High Honda will work hard to earn your business - you can't go wrong! More

They worked with me to put together a lease contract when others would not put the effort forward to help me. I ended up leasing a CR-V (ex) and in my opinion it drives smoother than my mothers A4 Audi. You definitely get your moneys worth and more. This is extremely important in this economy and for a 20 year old college student. I would highly recommend Mile High Honda to anyone that wants a reliable, great resale value, and most importantly great customer service! More
