From Sales to Service, the folks at Mile High go out of their way to make the process of purchasing a car and ongoing maintenance smooth and easy...dare I say....ENJOYABLE! Truly. From start to finish, including a test drive and demo of the vehicle, my recent purchase took 90 minutes. I walked in having done a tremendous amount of research on the vehicle I wanted to purchase (Honda Civic as a 2nd car) and my salesman blew my mind with all the added knowledge he had of the vehicle. I'd say I've never seen anything like it...but I have, all at Mile High the previous 4 times. Whether new or used, Honda or Acura, purchase or service, this team is Best in Class! And the best part is you won't sacrifice getting a fantastic deal for all the white-glove treatment!! At Mile High, you can be assured you will get both...a great deal and a great experience! In reading this, you'd think I work there or are related to someone who does...but not so. Friends, these words of praise have been earned time and time again from a team of people committed to treating customers fairly, with respect, and a commitment to excellence. 2 months after leasing a car from this place we were told that a flat tire repair would cost $125 we were also told that everything that happened to the car was our fault as if the people not driving the car that a flat tire repair would cost $125 we were also told that everything that happened to the car was our fault as if the people not driving the car were somehow at fault. The service is belittling rude and demeaning. They argued with us from the very beginning. They claimed ignorance to their own deals. P.s. Honda. .. Discount tire company did the repair for free. They understand service. UPDATE! the manager of the service shop called and offered to pay my bill from Discount Tire since the tire had to be replaced - he was very apologetic and was a really nice person. I am still not willing to go back to Honda Service because I dont trust them - but I may if I can have the manager help me directly. More
I have been purchasing Honda from Mile High Honda since 2004. I just picked up my fourth Honda Pilot last night. They have been a fantastic family of people to work with over the years. Sales people that sold me my prior vehicles went out of their way while working with other customers to stop by and say how are you doing. The service department has worked on every vehicle that I have purchased and provided the utmost professional service. When I have required accessories or parts for my vehicles the parts department is friendly, fast and get the right part every time. It is a pleasure doing business with Mile High and they will continue to get my business in the future as well as many referrals to friends and family. More
Even though there is another Honda dealer closer to me than Mile High Honda, we still go the extra distance to use Mile High Honda for our (5) Hondas that we own. Went to Havana location to purchase a starter car for our son. We were prepared to pay cash but wanted to go thru the experience of the sale with our son. We were prepared to offer cash, but due to the lack of integrity, you lost a $7000 cash sale as well as my husband and my business for life as well as me telling everyone about our poor experience. I had a starter problem which I already knew was the problem. I called mile high honda to check if my car was still under warranty and they stated that it was under warranty. I asked him if there was a problem. I called mile high honda to check if my car was still under warranty and they stated that it was under warranty. I asked him if there was a limit to mileage and he stated that it did not matter because when we purchased the car we had purchased the extended warranty we even provided him with the vin # . He then said the only thing we had to pay was a $60 diagnostic fee. When the car got towed there they looked it over and stated that the car was not under warranty and that we had to pay $600+ for the services. Liars they just wanted the car towed there so that they could make money off me never going there again. More

He started out by explaining the features of the Accord, including engine/transmission perfomance, safety, and interior highlights. Randy was extremely knowledgeable, and explained things in a very clear and understandable way. Since I did not have a lot of time available, I especially appreciated his efficiency in making things happen without delay. With his obvious competency displayed, he quickly earned my trust. After the test drive, we started talking price. I was very satisfied with the deal I was given (thanks go to George Black). Closing the deal was very smooth. The Honda Finance manager "G" handled all matters very well with no glitches. In summary, Mile High Honda is a dealer I will definitely return to. More
We just bought a new CR-V after shopping price at three or four other dealerships, and are very pleased with the price and experience. We also worked with Brenda via internet, and they honored the price she offered us. Overall, the buying experience went as smoothly as we could have asked, and my wife loves her new CR-V.
