Way high prices & unneccary Service Recomendations!!! Mile High Honda service and charges were used to be based on a true honesty and fair pricing and the customer service was an extra ordinary... Howe Mile High Honda service and charges were used to be based on a true honesty and fair pricing and the customer service was an extra ordinary... However,in the past few years it has hit the ground, they will tell you that your car will need brake pads and are warn, even though you don't need it for another few years or so.. How you would need new brakes when they were recently replaced... and had 80% padding left.... Verified/repaired through another dealer.. Also, this time I have brought my 2012 Honda Odyssey for a service it had approx... 30K miles on it and had extended warranty from Honda that will last till 10 yrs /120 K miles) for just a light bulb change, a key faub (that was not working since I bought a car) I was charged 74 dollars for it.. I was told that the extended warranty does not cover the bulb and the labor..... what does the extended means????? Does the bulbs and to install them cost 74 dollars???? I am amazed...... Thanks - Arifan 2212 S. Fundy way, Aurora CO 80013 More
Sales Staff is Friendly, Takes You Seriously I first visited Mile High when we purchased a 2010 Honda Civic, so my experience spans at least 4 years, 2 models and all the service required. Hond I first visited Mile High when we purchased a 2010 Honda Civic, so my experience spans at least 4 years, 2 models and all the service required. Honda has been my car of choice since 1985. Now, due to a change in my lifestyle, I needed to find a pre-owned vehicle no less than 4 years old, with low mileage and in good condition—at the right price. Having checked on line, I knew I might have a hard time getting everything I wanted, but from the moment I told Sergey Djanfada what I was looking for, I was on my way to a great driving experience. PLUS Serge stayed with me the entire time and, getting to know him was a pleasure! Maybe it was my bright red coat, or maybe he's just a little psychic, but after scrolling thru the inventory on line, Sergey offered to show me a 2009 Honda Civic coupe with unusually low mileage. The fact that it matched my coat, and was the same color as my first Honda Civic (a very happy time in my life), may have helped. But my search for a car ended that day. My confidence in Sergey and a friendly, dignified and intelligent sales and finance staff, will continue. As a "woman of a certain age" I feel they treat me with respect and have earned my trust. PS I've been to other dealerships BEFORE choosing Mile High Honda and always left without a car and feeling like I'd not been taken "seriously". More
Outstanding Service Department - None Better! In my adult life (I am 69), I have never dealt with a service operation that is as consistently fair, friendly, efficient, and competent. This week I had one of those mystery “noises” coming from the front end of my 2006 CRV. I diverted to Mile High from my morning commute, was immediately seen even though I didn’t have an appointment, left the left the car, and was on my way home on the dealer shuttle before I knew it. The driver, James, and I had a great time exchanging memories of Denver and Park Hill dating back to 1949. I got a call mid-day from Shane letting me know they had ordered a new air bag under the general re-call and were not able to replicate the “noise”, although they ran the car in idle and road tested it after putting it on the rack – all of which took about an hour. I was invited to come do a ride-along with the mechanic as a final check. I did this and could not hear the noise anymore myself. The mechanic told me that sometimes in the winter gravel can get behind a heat shield and cause a tinny vibration – which pretty well described what I had heard. I drove my other car home, with a plan to take the shuttle back to the dealership the following day to pick up the CRV. That didn’t happen because of a mix-up. Instead, the CRV was delivered to my house! I want to emphasize that I wasn’t charged for any of this excellent service! --Not even a diagnostic charge! Now, that is service you don’t find very often – and one of the things that keeps me coming back to Mile High! More

We got everything set online, as they were price matching a local dealer. We let them know when we were on the way, and apparently, in the 2 hours it took us to get there, they sold the vehicle we wanted. We should have left then, but in good faith, we didn't. They then tried to state they couldn't match the other dealer completely, they had to add dealer fees as required by Honda (the other dealer had them wrapped into the price again). After playing the waiting game (again, kicking myself for not leaving), they decided to match it and found the vehicle I wanted in Colorado Springs and would get it to me on Monday (it was Saturday). Fine. We proceeded. Although everything should have been quick and easy, it took about 2.5 hours for finance to be ready. There was NO ONE in the place, come on! We went to get our warranty, which we had already discussed, and the price was suddenly different. Again, Waiting. While in finance with Georges Jean, we mentioned we had a previous warranty on a totaled vehicle to cash out. He stated unless we purchased that vehicle from them, they couldn't do anything with it, we had to go back to that dealer (they are in California). So we decided we would call Honda later, and left after reading the booklet to him from Honda that said go to your LOCAL dealer to cancel your policy. Oh well. We head home with no money and no vehicle. Monday rolls around, but about 4 o clock I finally contact them. Surprise surprise, its snowing and they cant get the vehicle today. It was put to me as this is your vehicle now so you shouldn't have them drive it in the snow because if they crash it you will have to go through your insurance and have a crashed new pilot. Fantastic. Very nice, so excited for my new, possibly crashed Honda. Now again kicking myself for buying a car blindly from these people I mistakenly trust. Tuesday comes, no call. Finally, I call. Its there, they will bring it soon. All of a sudden, they show up, drop the keys and leave. Next morning I call Honda about the warranty. They say I have to do to the dealer to get a cancel form and a refund. Great. I email them, and suddenly no one wants to respond, so I head down there on Friday. Finance is claiming I never told them anything, and, although they sell the product, they generally don't follow Hondas protocol on cancellations because Honda takes too long to refund it. They say they can get me a cancellation form to send in. They come out with an "Application for coverage." Wow. Really? I'm cancelling. Oops, wrong form. Seriously, this is the finance manager! I then just leave, they are totally helpless. No longer excited by my new vehicle, and having remorse for every buying from them. I will not be back. More

So I looked up Mile High Honda because my husband had purchased a car from here about 10 years ago. As soon as I inquired on a car I received a phone call from Brenda Baldelli about my inquiry. First I would like to say she was absolutely amazing!!! She was thorough, extremely friendly, she is a genuinely caring person, very efficient and was quick in getting my deal completed. She took some additional information from me and told me she would start to work on my purchase. I bought my 2010 Honda Accord 2 days later. I have purchased numerous cars in my life and this was by far THE BEST buying experience I have ever had. Thank you Brenda!! More

I test drove 8 cars in the price range I was willing to pay. Mazda 3, Toyota Corolla, Nissan Sentra, Volkswagen Jetta, Ford Focus, Hyundai Elantra and Sonata and The Honda Civic. I guess my main point is that I experienced all the dealerships along with their salesmanship and sales techniques. From old school "How much can you afford a month" (which I hate) since 300.00 a month doesn't sound bad until you realize the loan is for much longer than you anticipated, to salesman who were TO low key and lacked motivation. I also had the high pressure salesmen who don't want to let you out the door. But I was determined to test drive all of my choices before deciding and sometimes I had to say NO several times before it sank in. One dealership wouldn't even give me the price of the car even though I asked 3 times! They just kept trying to push a payment price on me. That would be Mike Naughton Ford. I narrowed my choice to the Honda Civic EX and went to work bartering. It was between Ralph Schomp, Kuni Honda and Mile High Honda. Price was most important yes, but it was also a sense of caring and how I felt while I was making my choice that Mile High became the clear winner. From the salesmen Chauncey and Jesus, the sales managers Marvin and Rolin to the finance manager "G" it was just an outstanding experience. These guys knew their product and sold it with grace and integrity. Motivated without making me feel intimidated or pressured. I've been buying cars for over forty years and this was a flawless purchase. They have even followed up with me twice in less than a week. THAT is how you sell not only a car but a lasting relationship. Kudos guys! BTW the Honda was overall the clear winner in terms of quality, price, options and resale value. More
Excellent Customer Service First I will like to say I was looking for an used Honda Accord between 2010-2012 I had appointment to meet with someone from Schomp Honda but since First I will like to say I was looking for an used Honda Accord between 2010-2012 I had appointment to meet with someone from Schomp Honda but since I bring my car to repair at Mile High Honda I decided to stopped by and see what they have for Used Honda before going to Schomp . When I drove up at Mile High Honda I was greeted by Mr. Randy Seibert told Him What I needed and after having a conversation with him I decided to buy New car instead of use one. I test drove both the 2014 Honda Accord and Honda Civic EX.I narrowed my choice to the Honda Civic EX and since the price was very important to me I was on a quest to get all the deals . Randy was very motivated and passionate that kind of care made me realized his concerns was very genuine, Randy is the number sales person from what little time I spend with him and he really loves what he is doing, that is what you call excellence in all you do, but it was also a sense of caring and how I felt while I was making my choice that Mile High and Randy again without a doubt a winner. From the salesmen Randy Seibert and sales managers Marvin made the price affordable despite the fact I was trying to avoid a car payment what an outstanding experience. Randy really knows the product sold it with pride. Once again I had a great car buying assistance because of the number one sales man in Mile High Honda Mr Randy Seibert. I can honestly say that I have built a lasting relationship both with Randy and Mile High Honda. Kudos to Randy for the wonderful service he provided. I highly recommend him to my friends who in need of buying a vehicle and wants to experience Excellence combined with superb customer service. More
