Honda Civic 2017 I submitted my request for a 2017 Honda Civic via TrueCar.com. Valerie Cook from Mile High Honda was the 1st to answer with available inventory. I v I submitted my request for a 2017 Honda Civic via TrueCar.com. Valerie Cook from Mile High Honda was the 1st to answer with available inventory. I visited 2 Honda dealers. The 1st was closer to my home. The 2nd was Mile High Honda. Valerie was very helpful to learn our needs. She found the exact car and options we wanted, which we test-drove. Her initial price was a bit high, but she worked it down to the price-point we wanted. We also wanted window tint and clear bra which was already on the car and she discounted those options into the final price. Valerie took the time to explain technology features and functions in some detail without overwhelming us. She did not cover the Android Auto application because of a missing USB cable which I think they should have provided, and we had problems later that required us to return to dealership. Valerie called several times since purchase to ask if we had any questions or outstanding issues. This was an enjoyable car-buying experience with little pressure and stress. We felt very comfortable with the final purchase price and, in my opinion, these are the very things that make the car-buying experience a success. More
