But, I am convinced on doing the extra market research before stopping by your dealer. I still feel that I paid $1500 more than what I should have. More

Awful just awful Well. I'm not the kind of guy who complaints. But this was a really bad experience, I took my car to Mile Hi Honda Service because the check engine Well. But this was a really bad experience, I took my car to Mile Hi Honda Service because the check engine light was on, and my car was shaking more than Normal, they charge me $1,400 to get my car fix. A left my car there and a few days later they called me to tell me my car was ready. I went to pick it up around 7:45. ( they close at 8:00 pm). After picking my car up , I drove it literally 2 minutes. Just to find out that my car didn't get fix from the problem at all. Check engine light was still on. And the shaking was still there. Not only that now my car had another problem, the speedometer wasn't working. I when back in 5 minutes to tell the guys that I had a problem with my car. And of course they gave me attitude because they were about to close, but I'm glad I took the car back right away so they knew that I didn't drive it too far. Anyways I left my car there and after ONE MORE WEEK, they called me. Telling me that my car needed a new Computer. I said go ahead and do it, few days later they called me telling me that my car was ready. Since they already charged me $1,400. They didn't charge me this time. Buttttt, I started driving my car and the same problem was still there. Check engine light on and the speedometer wasn't working. Some lights were turning on and off on my board too. I went back to talk to the guy, and he basically said that there was nothing they could do, and that I may not even be worth it to fix my car, really??? So you telling me this after you charged me over $1,000. Not only my car didn't get fixed. It was worst that when I brought it here. And I asked him that. And he told me that "maybe we moved some cables when we fixed it". Woooow. Just woow. I told him that I wanted to talk to the manager. And he said that the manager wasn't there. But he'll make sure that he give me a call next day. Until this moment I'm waiting for a manager call, They probably won't do anything for me I guess. Sad part is that I was actually thinking to buy another car from this dealer. Awful, just awful. More
Comfortable Ride I took my family and aunt to buy a new 2017 Honda Accord LX at Mile High Honda. The sales person who we’ve spoken with name Valerie. She was very help I took my family and aunt to buy a new 2017 Honda Accord LX at Mile High Honda. The sales person who we’ve spoken with name Valerie. She was very helpful with answering all of our questions and assisting us on how to operate car features. Also, during our 2 test drive of model EX and LX. She showed us difference between car handling features. Lastly, my aunt is very satisfied with her new car and the reasonable price. Thanks again Valerie. More

Comfort during Recall repair I have been getting notices that my Civic was up for a recall on the passenger bag inflation canister. Selecting an appointment online was easy and co I have been getting notices that my Civic was up for a recall on the passenger bag inflation canister. Selecting an appointment online was easy and convenient and the welcome, check-in and waiting area all made for a great experience. The waiting area was comfortable and quiet with shuttle drivers checking in every so often to see if anyone needed/wanted a ride somewhere (and they had a great sense of humor and personality)... and the tea was good. I live close by but honestly never paid attention to Honda being there - I'll be visiting more often. More
Recall Repair: Good Experience I brought my wife's CRV in for replacement of the airbag actuators. This is the second time I have had to take a car to a service department. Quick and easy. More important, no high pressure to have other items taken care of. This service department and I go back 30 years. They still have the same professionalism and integrity. More
GET LOST KEY REPLACED TO HONDA ACCORD BOUGHT FROM YOU WENT TO GET LOST KEY REPLACED ENDED UP GETTING FRONT BRAKES REPLACED AND LEAK IN HEATING SYSTEM FIXED WITH A REPLACED UNIT AND NO KEY AS IT COULDN'T WENT TO GET LOST KEY REPLACED ENDED UP GETTING FRONT BRAKES REPLACED AND LEAK IN HEATING SYSTEM FIXED WITH A REPLACED UNIT AND NO KEY AS IT COULDN'T BE PROGRAMMED. REFERRED TO ANOTHER DEALER OR LOCKSMITH. WENT TO A LOCKSMITH WHO PROGRAMMED THE KEY BLANK IN 5 MINUTES. ALL TOLLED THE EXPERIENCE COST ME $600 More
