We had a really terrible experience with Kuni, from messing up our paperwork 4, COUNT IT, 4 times... to literally wrecking our CR-V as they pulled it into a stall for us to leave and having to bring us a new one. Kuni wasn't an option for us. So, we looked on Google and Yelp for the best rated Honda Dealerships. Mile High Honda popped up. Lots of great reviews! Something that may seem minor, but is a huge indicator of great customer service is that management (George Black) responded to almost every review, positive and negative. So, despite living pretty far north, we made the trek down to Mile High Honda. We are glad we did. They were great! Valarie took such great care of us. She's a very spunky lady who seems to love life. She was honest and forthright and was great to chat with! It wasn't a pushy sale at all. She listened to what we were looking for and guided us to our own decision. We went in for a CRV and came our with an HRV. My fiancé loves it! Also, I wanted to give a special shoutout to 2 others: G. Jean in finance was thorough, hilarious, fun to work with, and actually made the process of completing lease paperwork enjoyable (imagine that?)! Jim Winslow, Sales Manager, was also great. He took time to make us feel welcome and chat with us. They have a great staff and Mile High and we'll definitely be returning for future purchases and leases. More

We found a car to love! The intent of the visit was only to test drive a manual transmission which has scarce availability, but not to make a purchase on this trip. What we found was a beautiful car and an excellent sales person, Valerie Cook. Valerie knew the product thoroughly, and explained the added benefits to the model. She was honest and helpful , answering our questions about this model that was a step up from our expectations. The Civic Si was extremely impressive in the test drive, handling and accelerating like a car should. Valerie knew the car and how to take advantage of the enhanced performance of the vehicle. She expertly handled the sale & delivery of the car to us that evening, even though we arrived late on a Saturday evening and the transaction was not completed until after closing time. She then stayed later to do a personal "sit-in" to review the programming and settings for the car. The Honda Civic Si is an extremely comfortable car to sit and drive, and performance is impressive. We still might not have purchased the car that evening, but the knowledge that Valerie brought to the discussion closed the deal without any high pressure salesmanship. More
