Surprise NEW SUV After years of driving my 2005 Honda CR-V I had the unfortunate event of getting rear ended which resulted in my insurance company claiming my car as After years of driving my 2005 Honda CR-V I had the unfortunate event of getting rear ended which resulted in my insurance company claiming my car as a total loss. The clock was ticking with my insurance company, and with the Thanksgiving holiday weekend coming up it was even more important to get a new vehicle this weekend to not have to take time off of work to do the research. My boyfriend Eric and I did some research on other brand SUV's, but after a very informative test drive in a 2017 CR-V with Mohammad on Tuesday evening I was even more sold on returning to another Honda. Eric returned to Mile High Honda and met with Valerie and their financial representative, Ruben, to discuss the possibility of us taking home a new 2017 CR-V before the holiday. Not only was the team incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle, but they were able to work with our budget and make a new leased vehicle a real possibility. All with a promissory note from my insurance company along with my down payment check (*since the holiday has the banks closed and the funds will not be there until Monday). Valerie was kind enough to should be all the new electronic features in my new vehicle, and I made sure to use the hands-free feature to call my mom in NY on the drive home to tell her about my new car (she is thrilled that I am in such a safe vehicle!). I am grateful for the assistance the whole Mile High team gave us. We were able to bring over tables and chairs and fit all 4 of us in our new vehicle to our Friendsgiving this year without making multiple trips to and from our house. Thank you for making this all a reality! More

I have worked with Kendall who is a very personable young man. He stays focused on what needs to get done and goes the extra mile. Once I was in for a quick and minor repair, and was in a bit of a rush he saw the tire light on and I said there was a nail in it and I'd been driving around with a slow leak forever. It was ok I told him I just fill it when I need to...he fixed it anyway for no charge. Then my cd changer died with 6 of my favorite cds in it. Stuck and I couldn't get them out. Once again, after ordering the correct part he took it upon himself to get them out without any damage and replaced the new one. This is the best place and they do everything they can to keep the costs to a minimum and don't try to upswell you things you don't need! I'll buy my next Honda from them for sure. More

Valerie arranged a test drive for later that day and we met up to take a ride. The car was wonderful and it did not take long for me to decide it was the one I wanted. We got back to the dealership and began all the necessary paperwork. I am a mechanic by trade and have always worked in shops and had the means to fix anything that happened to my vehicles. I no longer work in a shop nor have access to one, and my cars all breaking down led me to making my first purchase from a dealership. Valerie and the team made my first time buying a car a wonderful experience, and I will recommend her and Mile High Honda to anyone seeking to buy a car. More

First time was a success. I had done a fair bit of research into used car dealerships in the Denver area and this one stood out with how many good reviews it had. I had never purchased a used car before so I was a bit skepitcal. Upon arriving I was met by Valerie, a sales associate there who showed me all of the options that fit my criteria and had the car fax ready to go. I left to go visit another dealership to see what their options were but returned to mike high Honda in the end. Very friendly staff. If you are looking for a used car I would just say that the sales staff are pushy, but what else can you expect from a car sales lot. It wasn’t too pushy though and they were all very friendly. I would reccomend to my friends. More
