The service staff is upbeat, the sales staff friendly and not hounding you as you check out new cars in the showroom, and the restrooms are well-maintained. My car was ready in a reasonable amount of time since I arrived at approx. 10 a.m. and there were several cars ahead of me. Great experience from Ohio to Colorado. I would buy a car from this dealership with confidence that I would enjoy maintaining it at Mile High. Very cool. More

Efficient service I started to use their service (oil change) a year ago after using other Honda services in the Denver Metro area for years. I'll have to say they offe I started to use their service (oil change) a year ago after using other Honda services in the Denver Metro area for years. I'll have to say they offer the fastest service(oil change) of all three Honda services I visited and best deal. So the last 3 oil change services were so pleasant (they offered coupon without being asked), finally the day come when my car needed repair, I took it in last weekend, for one issue. Very nicely they let me use their loan car as it was going to be a "big surgery" for my car and would take more than just a couple hours. Then they called me and informed me there were other issues they discovered that needs to be repaired and it will save me labor cost to fix them. Total it will cost about $3000 to repair, as opposed to about $800 for the first issue they estimated. I should have refused all other suggestion they made that certain parts needs to be fixed and come home with $800 loss, instead ended up trading in and bought a new car. It's exciting to spend $26,000 for a new car, my very first car I choose and it's new! However, now looking back each single process, from the first time I took my car in for oil change a year ago, up until last Friday I came home with a brand new car, I'll have to say the company have a very successful strategy from the service to their sales department. I was naive to believe they were there to help as they all said. I am not from the U.S.A. and I learned that honesty is the best policy so I trusted that they would help someone like me (doesn't know much about car other than needs oil change) to make a good choice and decision on my car whether it's repair or purchase of a pre-owned or brand new car. First of all, the trade in deal was not that good. My car was appraised a year ago for $14,000 (darn it, learned that later from my ex), Mild High Honda's appraisal was around $5600. Take time to shop around, and compare, is what I learned. Then next is the financing part. I decided to use my own mortgage company that I just got approval for low rate loan. They talked me into using their rate even though I showed them my mortgage company has lower rate. Later I got home and realized the rate was not the rate that they offered. Again I had trust in human and believe there wouldn't be such thing of "cheating" or "fool". I regret it that I bought a brand new car that was not the best deal, without shopping around as I was supposed to and that I was taken advantage of but I signed the stupid 7 pages of paper that I didn't even know 100% of it. The sales person who helped me with test drive and stuff was kind and helpful though but he was not the person who made decision what he needs to tell me, it's the company's business philosophy. But I may have lost $6,000 just by trade-in my car there, I learned from the experience that I would still use their service but can handle better on saying NO in the future. Overall Mile High Honda is great service dealer to go to for their efficiency, friendliness and great deal on oil change, but watch out for what they offer. More
