The service performed was satisfactory. The only complaint I have is the higher prices which were assessed for the work. Absolute rip off, even with OEM/Honda made parts. Quoted me for 1500 for a blower motor. Multiple shops laughed at that quote, which is only about 100 including parts and labor. Trusted mechanic at another shop said that some of the "recommended services" seemed made up, if not unnecessary. I knew something was really messed up when a non-dealer shop turns down money even when they could take advantage of a customer. If you absolutely want to go to a dealer (which usually isn't necessary unless it's a relatively new car--though in that case, most things should be covered by a warranty), look for another in metro Denver. This place is as skeevy as a back alley chop shop. More

Car wouldn't start , didn't have an appointment, Towed car to dealership and after checking different things, ended up being battery. Stephanie was great to work with. The service personnel were great but the dealership needs a lot of help! I was told I needed 2 new back tires. I only have 22,000 miles on my car. Service was fine, I like the paperwork feedback. If you don’t know your service rep’s name, you’re screwed. Apparently you can’t talk to the receptionist and find out if your car is ready. I was concerned he wasn’t working that day, and she had no advice other than to leave a voicemail. I said I could give her my name, make/model, address or phone #, but apparently nothing could be done, Even w/ all that. I wouldn’t go back to you guys except Honda keeps having factory recalls (very reassuring). More
