Avoid Mile High Honda for Service—You Deserve Better I brought my 2013 Honda Civic in for a transmission service. It took much longer than expected, but I tried to be patient. Afterward, they recommended brought my 2013 Honda Civic in for a transmission service. It took much longer than expected, but I tried to be patient. Afterward, they recommended over $2,000 in additional services—which I declined. Fast forward a few weeks (with very little driving), and my car suddenly started overheating. Thankfully, I was near another mechanic who diagnosed the issue: a thermostat stuck closed. According to them, Mile High Honda had only drained and refilled my coolant—they didn’t actually inspect any internal parts, which should be standard during a complete radiator service. Because of their negligence, I had to spend another $500 to fix the issue. When I brought it to their attention, they offered a $75 refund—barely anything compared to the cost of the repair. We suggested that a fair compromise would be refunding half of the service amount ($280), but instead of working with us, they completely ghosted the conversation. All over an additional $60. This was an incredibly disappointing experience. Poor service, no accountability, and zero follow-through. If you value honest, reliable care for your vehicle—take it somewhere else. More
Poor communication and they won't own up to it if they make mistakes. I have called to speak with a manager 3 times now and have been assured someone will call me back. Nothing. Then they have the nerve t make mistakes. I have called to speak with a manager 3 times now and have been assured someone will call me back. Nothing. Then they have the nerve to send a marketing text asking for my business. Their service dept misthreaded a lug nut so when I got a flat, of course on that tire, I had to have my car towed in ($120) and then pay for them to replace the tire and fix the mistake that THEY made. I had to cough up $1200 and miss an entire day of work because they screwed up my lug nut. No one else has worked on my car and yet they won't even call me back!! Bad business. Don't go here. More

Purchased a 2023 Ridgeline on June 20th 2024. Oscar my young salesperson was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful. I purchased my truck in cash. I don't know what the reason is why it Oscar my young salesperson was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful. I purchased my truck in cash. I don't know what the reason is why it's taking so long for them to get my paperwork to DMV. It now has been 7 weeks and still no paperwork at DMV. As of yesterday motor vehicle has not received any paperwork from Mile High Honda. Contacted dealership title clerk (Nichole) 5 days ago, she said she would follow up and let me know but I have heard nothing. **UPDATE** It is now August 22nd 62 days or 9 weeks since I purchased my Ridgeline, and still no paperwork. DMV states paperwork from dealer sales must be received into motor vehicle within 60 days of sale. This is really pissing me off. I emailed the GM (Sean Farshchi) yesterday voicing my displeasure with their customer service and demanded answers, no response. More
I never write bad reviews but I feel like a have to at this point. Costco discount is worthless as they will simply say they already discounted the vehicle. They will claim they want to work with you but this point. Costco discount is worthless as they will simply say they already discounted the vehicle. They will claim they want to work with you but then, like other reviews, the manager will shoot them down on lowering the price (old school tactics, the manager likes me, let me see what I can do). In the end, they wasted my time and now I am going to work with another dealership. More
Meh. Mediocre experience with an extremely unprofessional sales team. They wasted our time playing, "Let me talk to my manager." After 30 minutes of their shady tactics, we left and went to Lexus of Greenwood Village and had a great experience. More
We went in to look at new CRV hybrid models since they had more colors in stock at this location, which makes sense since I'm not sure why anyone would purchase from Mile High Honda. They add on thousands had more colors in stock at this location, which makes sense since I'm not sure why anyone would purchase from Mile High Honda. They add on thousands to the price of the vehicle in pointless things like tint and weather mats that they say come with every new vehicle and are non-negotiable. We told them we'd be willing to buy the car right then and there if they removed the ridiculous mark up and they refused to do so. They also tack on a $600 dealer profit fee because why not! We left and bought a CRV hybrid touring at a nearby Honda and we had a much better experience overall since they didn't force us to purchase ridiculous add-ons. Go to any other Honda in the area. Avoid these guys. More
I was referred to Mile High Honda by Costco. I've had very good experiences using Costco in the past. I anticipated the same again. I was wrong. The email conversation I had with Mile High w I've had very good experiences using Costco in the past. I anticipated the same again. I was wrong. The email conversation I had with Mile High was convoluted at best. It began with the Costco discount of $500. It was less than the $750 Mile High shows on their website. I was told their discount is a rebate only available to select people. I asked for a lease payment. The rep then announced that they pad each car with $3,500 in additional accessories (whether you want or not). When I questioned, the Sales Mgr (Mathew Sims) told me they are intended to protect and extend the life of the vehicle! Give me a break....these are forced accessories intended to add to DEALER PROFIT. Yet I asked again for a lease quote. I've not heard back again. Mathew Sims told me that things have "changed" in the last two years. LOL! What hasn't changed is Mile High's belief they can still gouge customers as if we were still in the pandemic! They are an old-school dealership. Don't bother with Mile High unless you want to be disappointed and overcharged. More
