Jenae was AWESOME!! I found a car at Mile High that I really wanted, but by the time I went to go look at it it was sold. They got another model in that was the same and I found a car at Mile High that I really wanted, but by the time I went to go look at it it was sold. They got another model in that was the same and Jenae called me the day they got it in and I drove it off the lot the next day. She stayed in contact with me from start to finish, was a supreme professional and made me feel great about my purchase. I previously bought my last Buick with Mile High and I would recommend that EVERYBODY use this great place. They worked around my hectic schedule to get everything I needed together and when it was all said and done, I was in and out in a little over an hour. Adam made the financing super easy and fast and I am still so thrilled with my purchase. More
Horrible Service and no return calls ever. If there could be a negative it would be -5. I have bought four cars from them in the past and the experience with this one has been the WORST. My wife and I both have told them about pulsating while driving, including at time of test driving. The first time to the dealer they couldn’t find anything. About two weeks later take the car back and am told it’s a tie rod, so they supposedly replaced both fronts, later to find out they hadn’t, confirmed by a mechanic. Around a week later take it back and they say they found out the rear rotors were in fact warped and resurfaced them. Around three weeks later take it back again for the same reason they now have done front pads and rotors, only after they hold my car for several days with NO phone call, I have to call them 2 and 3 times over the course of several days to get any information. Just to get it in for this visit I waited 3 weeks on a part before I finally called and they said they didn’t know where it was and they’d call me back in an hour. After 2 and a half hours I call them oh ya it’s here. Worst part is after drop off on a Thursday night for a Friday apt and Saturday still having heard nothing I call 3 times before I get information or a call back! I never received a phone call with updates or eta on every visit. Have to call again today to see what is being done to the car at 11 am after I was told we would be contacted at 9 am. Each time telling whoever answered the phone the struggle I am having trying to get work done or get information. I Then tell the service manager Nate that I need to speak with a supervisor when I come to pick the car up he said he is the manager and will be their until 7 pm. Get to the dealership to pick up the car and he is gone something came up. I understand that after being in retail and wholesale for 12 years. But if there is an issue you are always there to address. I Speak with the sales manager and vent frustration to him and tell him after 4 cars I won’t be back and all he says is that’s your prerogative, no apology, no offer to look into the issues, real professional. I leave the dealership only to turn out and hear continued vibrating and grinding with turning. My assumption after repeating my concerns over and over again everytime i call and drop off the car is they do everything they can to cover up known issues. My advice, stay far far away from this dealership. Should of listened to the multiple other dealerships warnings to stay away when originally car shopping. More

Another Home Run!! I have purchased 3 cars over the last 10 years with Mile High. Always satisfied. I was looking for a full size truck and still having credit problem I have purchased 3 cars over the last 10 years with Mile High. Always satisfied. I was looking for a full size truck and still having credit problems. I worked with Trinity for awhile looking for the right match. Never getting annoying calls or emails, she just checked in once in a while to see how we were. I took a chance yesterday and went to look to see what they had. It was PERFECT! It was all the truck we needed. Trinity was off so I was working with Jenae and she was terrific. As always, it is a family atmosphere. Not with kids everywhere, but the family ownership, who are actually at the dealership working, makes you feel like they really are trying to help your situation. Trinity, Jenae, Richard and Adam rocked it for the fourth time for us. Jenae stayed with me the entire time we were waiting to hear. Always making sure I was holding up ok. My wife hates the buying process and is always on such a tight schedule, so Richard and Adam made sure she could get in and out quickly. Once the paperwork was printed, my wife came down on lunch to sign, and they had us done and walking out the door in less than 10 min. This is the only dealership we will ever deal with. I've never walked out of there with buyers remorse. You can look at the prices on line and you can double check them with carfax and Kelly Blue Book, they are right on! If there is a way to make it work for your situation, these folks will find it! Jenae, Trinity, Adam, Richard and all the service center guys have once again made it a home run buying experience for us. We will be back!!!! Thank you so much!! More
