Kyle met us in the parking lot and after I told him what I was looking for, he took me around and showed me the inventory. He answered all my questions and got me into the truck I wanted without trying to up-sell me into something else. There ended up being an issue with the fuel pump right before the test drive, but Kyle and Nathan got it taken care of in record time. I would definitely buy from here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle! More

Best car buying experience ever We are new residents of Colorado Springs and stopped in at Mile High to get a Vin Verification so that we can switch over the registration on our curr We are new residents of Colorado Springs and stopped in at Mile High to get a Vin Verification so that we can switch over the registration on our current vehicle. This particular vehicle is one that we have been wanting to trade in and have actually been to two other dealerships in the attempt to do so. Neither were able to help us. While we were taking care of the Vin Verification my husband decided to look at a vehicle that he had been eyeing recently as he passes the dealership every day on his way to and from work. Our sales rep, Eric, finished up the verification quickly and offered to take us on a test drive of the vehicle that my husband was looking at. We told him that we did not expect that we could make a deal due to recent experiences with other dealers. He introduced us to Dean, the owner of the dealership, and they suggested that we go ahead and take the car out for a drive while Dean personally took a look at our current vehicle. So, that’s what we did. When we got back Dean was confident that they could work with us and Eric got us started on the application. I had some reservations as I was still holding onto past experience and skeptical that they could make this deal work within our desired parameters. We are also in the process of buying a home and were concerned about how the credit inquiries could impact our current credit rating in the event that they were unable to close the deal for us. Eric introduced us to Adam in the finance department and he answered all of our questions, ran some numbers based on the information we already had about our credit from applying for a home loan, and gave us an estimate on what he believed he could make happen. It was better than I had even dared to hope. Adam even spoke to the lender we are working with on our current home purchase to make sure he was able to provide me with everything we needed to prevent any issues with our pending home loan. Once the credit was pulled and the bank was contacted we left with a lower interest rate and payment than we had even dared to imagine possible. All while trading in a vehicle that we had given up hope on ever trading in anywhere without a substantial down payment...oh yeah, and they made it happen with no up front cash down! From the moment we stepped on the lot every single person we spoke to was kind, patient, informative, and never pushy. We will definitely be going back to Mile High Car Co for our next vehicle purchase! More
