Hi I don't know what you can do to change? The five stars was given for Sales. As for service so after taking my car they could have called me to inform that the work was not done, but instead , when I arrived to pick up my car, I am told that one out of 4 things is done, when I asked for the car back I am told to leave the car and I am promised that the other 4 things will be done by next noon. When I insisted that I want to take my car, I saw that nothing was done and two folks from service pretended that they didn't know that nothing was done. Hmm, tell me about this, my service advisor tells me he is not aware. My question is why lie with customers .. the next morning I called again and left a VM for Adam, but no reply from him or anybody in the Mile High service department. Moralz of the story is then I had to wait till next week for the work to be completed. The recciodd Thanks

Hi I am an out of state buyer so the car is already out of Denver so you giving me service credit etc is of no use to me. The other issue I am fighting with Acura corporate for the dust in the paint in 3 different places and I don't believe you can help me there to resolve their factory blemishes. I was an ardent fan of Acura but if Acura corp doesn't take the responsibility of factory quality control issues then that is another chapter between me and them, still waiting for the final verdict and I will take it from there and then maybe no more ACURAs in future.
