Horrible customer service at the Service Dept I have been going to this dealership for service since I got my Acura RDX 2015. They've always been ok not great. This time I setup an online appoin I have been going to this dealership for service since I got my Acura RDX 2015. They've always been ok not great. This time I setup an online appointment, called and talked to a service person and reconfirmed, added notes on what additional work I needed, booked a loaner. When I get there I see the service department staff chatting and I am told that they don't have a loaner, that they can't service my car until I am willing to sit there till EOD because they are short staffed and that the car needed whatever it needed. I wish they had the decency to call me to reschedule as I took time off from work for this. Then they blamed the person who took my call to say she is not the right person , well how would I know that, right? So after wasting my time, they setup me up for another appointment with a loaner. In the meanwhile I called and left messages with the GM of the dealership and the Manager of the Service department. They both were courteous enough to call me back or leave me voicemails. The service manager Chris told me that he would send someone to pick up my car and drop it off to make up for the inconvenience. Well, guess what, he never followed up. So I had to go again to drop my car off and pick it up. They serviced it finally. The service desk person this time around was helpful but he messed up my pick up. At the end of the day they failed every promise they made and their attitude in the service department is lackadaisical where its obvious they don't care how much they inconvenience their customers as there is no remorse. Fantastic Experience, Buying and Leasing! I worked with Matt Heinz at Mile High Acura the last two times I upgraded vehicles. Most recently with a lease on a new Acura RDX, and previously with I worked with Matt Heinz at Mile High Acura the last two times I upgraded vehicles. Most recently with a lease on a new Acura RDX, and previously with the purchase of a Certified Pre-Owned Acura TL. Both experiences were painless and straightforward, and I left the dealership each time feeling like I got the best deal available for what I was looking for. Matt is very patient and great to work with. He answers all questions honestly and doesn’t rely on a hard sell or unnecessary pressure to close a deal. It’s clear he cares about his customers’ satisfaction with their purchase and aims to build relationships for years to come, not just for a one-time transaction. I recommend Matt and the rest of the staff at Mile High Acura without hesitation. I will undoubtedly return when it’s time for my next upgrade. More

Time wasters, don't care about customer's time - Zero faith Before I start let me say that I have been to other Acura dealership for service but this service center was a total disappointment. After making an appointment I dropped my car, but the evening was a total disappointment with this service center and service consultant. I am told out of 4 tasks, one task was done because they were super booked I should keep the car overnight-When I insisted to my car back the person was hesitant, because nothing was done, Why lie? Be transparent with the customer. On top of all this NO APOLOGIES were given either. My recommendation to this service center don't super book, don't lie and value customer's time, Dealt with Adam T- Service consultant and one more person don't recall her name - wholesale liar More

Do not go to MHA!!! They will ruin your car!!! WARNING!!!! Don't ever buy from or take your car to mile high Acura!! Worst experience ever. Our RLX had a flat tire. On top of taking more than a wee WARNING!!!! Don't ever buy from or take your car to mile high Acura!! Worst experience ever. Our RLX had a flat tire. On top of taking more than a week to repair something so simple, they ruined our heat shield on the bottom of our car. They refused to replace the heat shield for free, made us pay for it and told us to take it up with their insurance. So our flat tire cost us $600, a week with no car (they didn't provide a loaner), and the worst customer service I have ever seen. More

Mile High Acura had the Volvo XC90 V8 that I wanted! I am a retired engineer who checks his tire pressure twice a month. I drove Saabs for 23 years and Volvos for the past 15years. I am a client of Vol I am a retired engineer who checks his tire pressure twice a month. I drove Saabs for 23 years and Volvos for the past 15years. I am a client of Volvo Specialists for all my maintenance. I keep my cars for ten to fifteen years and have been in the market for a Volvo XC90, but was willing to wait to find the *RIGHT* one! After taking several XC90s to Volvo Specialists to inspect - resulting in repair estimates of $3K to $6K - I was very pleasantly surprised to see what Jesse Billings of Mile High Acura had to show me: a 2009 XC90 that was particularly well-maintained, with the trailer hitch that I had budgeted ~$800 to install already in place! This XC90 drove particularly well. Mile High Acura technicians had done a fair amount of work on the vehicle, including brake service, replacing the blower motor, tires, etc. I was willing to pay for a premium vehicle - with no defects, rust or error codes - and Jesse provided me with what I was looking for, within my budget.....and the trailer hitch as surprise bonus. Test drives in candidate XC90s with the V8 motor from other dealers/brokers with bad shock absorbers, numerous error codes being displayed, failed CD player, significant rust, leaking transmission, missing remote controller for the navigation system, defective alarm, etc. had convinced me to keep looking for the one I would be happy with. Volvo Specialist's inspection of the Mile High Acura XC90 V8 resulted in being told "BUY THIS VEHICLE!" so I bought it that day. I was delighted that the *ONLY* thing that Volvo Specialists could find wrong with this vehicle was a $15 plastic fitting on the windshield washers! (The windshield washers worked fine at the beginning of the test drive, but a plastic check valve failed during the trip to Volvo Specialists.) Being told that the vehicle only needed a $15 part, convinced me that this vehicle was the well-maintained vehicle that I had been willing to wait for. Previous inspections of other candidate XC90 V8s by Volvo Specialists had resulted in "don't buy this unless you want to spend $6K on a new transmission next year" and "you have to see the rust underneath it - including what they painted over" assessments that resulted in "no sale." Doing business with Jesse was a pleasure. The vehicle is a true value. I am happy. My wife is happy. More
