From the initial phone call through my service, I had an excellent experience. I was able to get an appointment the next day and was seen immediately upon arrival. Currently the dealership is going through a renovation and even with that, the service area was well managed. My service advisor, Dylan Bertoldo, has been great to work with. He has kept me well informed and provided me with an action plan for my vehicle. I appreciate that he hasn't tried to sell me on services I don't need. I felt that he listened to my concerns and provided solutions for noted problems found. I was also impressed that the intake employee noticed I was waiting awhile in the lobby and checked with me to make sure everything was ok. While the repair has taken awhile, there is free Wi-Fi and even cubicle desks so I have been able to get a lot of work done while waiting. I put this visit off because i was worried it would be a painful experience but overall I've been very impressed with the level of experience and customer service I have received. More

I know I will be met with friendly professional folks who really seem to care about the customer experience. I worked with Mark Jarvis who was excellent. I even mentioned it was my birthday in a few days and he gave me a $30 off my next service. Mile High also has a great business center with wifi, free coffee (a great espresso machine) and a relaxing atmosphere. And the service is incredibly fast. Just a great experience working with them. Great personal service from Mark Jarvis. Usually quick fixes Every time I have the smallest of problems I can drive right in and most of the time can wait for them to be fixed. We brought it back to them f We bought a used Audi Q5 a few weeks ago from Mile High. The next day, we started hearing a noise from the front tires. We brought it back to them for an assessment and, since it was an Audi, they offered to send it to their Audi dealer if they couldn't figure it out. They replaced the front wheel bearings and tires...no cost to us. It may have taken a bit longer than we would have wanted but they took care of the problem and didn't charge us. At one point, I asked for a loaner car and they provided one without hesitation. I probably called more than they would have liked, but they always answered my questions. More
