Let me begin by saying that Mark Jarvis is amazing in all aspects of his job. First, when my car was being serviced and my wife went into labor, Mark arranged it so that I did not have to worry about return aspects of his job. First, when my car was being serviced and my wife went into labor, Mark arranged it so that I did not have to worry about returning the loaner and made sure that I had a working vehicle to take to the hospital and to be with my wife and baby daughter. Second, Mark has been servicing all my family's Acuras for as long as I can remember to the point where when we go in for a service it is actually like visiting a family friend. Also, Mark is the reason why I bought my last Acura because I knew he would be able to help me with service and advice honestly. Finally, it is hard to trust most people nowadays in the service industry but not in Mark's case. He is a man of integrity always going above and beyond. He explains the necessity for the current service and also helps me to anticipate any future service visits. He has represented me with Acura with a premature transmission problem that Acura then replaced, and genuinely looks out for the interests of his customers. Additionally, he performs his job with good humor, friendliness, and knowledge. Because of Mark and the service department, I will definitely look at other Acuras for future car purchases. More
