I went to Mile High Acura with my eyes on a beautiful 2009 TSX and left a happy customer. However, I was able to enjoy the experience as I was treated very well and received great service from John and the rest of the team. Matthew was very good at helping first decide which car would be best for me, and whether I wanted a used 2010 or a new 2011. My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle and had narrowed our initial list down to 5 or 6 vehicles based on Consumer Reports studies. We were partial to the Acura based on a driving experience a couple of years before. John greeted us as we walked in, showed us a car and had us in a demo in about 10 minutes with no problems. He explained many of the details of the different levels of car avaialable in the Acura MDX and took us on a demo drive that highlighted the benefits of the car. He also provided us a brochure that we looked at later. We also liked the explanation of how the "negotiation" worked (basically a set price over invoice) that made it very easy to make the decision later. After test driving a few more cars, we narrowed it down to two. We test drove the other car and were not impressed and returned to Mile High Acura. John again took us on a test drive and that was the final point in our decision. The sales, financing and the post-sales experience have all been terrific so far. More

I began working with Erik at this dealership in 2000, when I was ready to purchase a new car. Then again in 2007, and now for the purchase of my 2011 MDX. I don't like the back & forth bargaining proce when I was ready to purchase a new car. Then again in 2007, and now for the purchase of my 2011 MDX. I found my car on the website and sent an email to the dealership. Within 20 min I had a call from Brenda and we set up a time to do a test drive. Upon arriving I was greated by Randy who had the car pulled up and ready to drive. I have a 5 year old so I needed the process to be quick and easy. We moved the car seat in and went for a drive. I fell in love the car but was at a point that I needed to get my son home for a nap. Brenda and Randy arranged for me to be able to take the Acura home while an appraisal was done on my car. We were able to work through everything over the phone so when I arrived to purchase the car, the paperwork was done. I walked in, signed papers and took my car home. This process could not have been any easier. Every person I came into contact with at the dealership was kind and warm, not only to me but to my son as well. Buying this car was a fun and pleasant experience. I highly recommend Randy and Brenda, as well as Mile Hi Acura! More
