Matt Heintz professionalism and knowledge is AWESOME... Matt always goes above and beyond with explaining what's new or has changed on the new vehicles. My wife and I have worked with Matt Heintz on the purchase of five vehicles and he has done exceptional on each of those purchases to get us what we wanted and needed. Matt has and continues to help purchase of five vehicles and he has done exceptional on each of those purchases to get us what we wanted and needed. Matt has and continues to help us by informing on all the new electronics and how to use all the gadgets. He is patient and extremely courteous on showing and demonstrating these items and makes himself available, if questions arise. We are, are also pleased with the Service Department and how efficient and courteous they have been to get us the needed repairs. We want to say thank you to Mark Jarvis for all the help he has been to us over the years. I know I will get a straight answer when a problem arises. Overall, Mile High Acura has always been friendly and willing to work with us to get what is needed and completed to our satisfaction. I have leased 6 Acura's from Mile High Acura so far. Each time I go in for my new lease the experience gets better. This last time was no different. I have been working with Matthew Heinz for the last 10 years on my Acura leases. He has always been professional and fun to work with. After all, getting a new car is fun right? My lease was coming to an end in March 2021, and Matthew emailed me about some great deals on the 2020 MDX. I called him and we talked about my needs and not a day later was I there signing paperwork to take my new MDX home. He really went to bat for me to make sure the process was efficient. I think I only spent an hour at the dealership before driving it off the lot. Matthew also got me a really great deal on the lease, not only did I get into a new MDX 2020 model, but I ended up with a significantly less car payment because of the deals they were having. I have bought 6 vehicles from Mile High over the years because of the honesty,integrity and kindness of everyone I have worked with. Our salesperson, Matt Heinz fit those descriptions exactly! It is very substandard for Mile High Acura dealership service department to run VIN, that is if they ever did, and not tell me there is a recall on airbag that may dislodge metal parts in case it deplo service department to run VIN, that is if they ever did, and not tell me there is a recall on airbag that may dislodge metal parts in case it deploys. I have the letter from Acura of America in possession but they never check the basics as required by Acura corp. Now, why should I trust you and let you to even put air in tires or wash my car? More
