He is highly service driven, intelligent, knowledgeable, cute and goes that extra step to ensure that I am happy. It's very apparent that he enjoys what he does but I'm afraid he works too much. He spends as much time as I need to get acquainted with all the new features. Furthermore, the service department is wonderful too over the past decade. I considered other cars but Acura and Matthew make it hard to leave. I feel sort of married to them. I highly recommend him to all of my friends and family. More
