My wife and I do not like to waste time on the experience of buying a car. We do not need to haggle with the finance department. We do not need to push back on features and additional charges we do not want. We have purchased our last 10 auto's from Murray Motors. He was knowledgeable and patient, never pushy, but politely persistent in following up and checking in with me after I first test drove the car. He also was helpful in answering all of our questions regarding technical details and options, including the leasing and financing alternatives. He was personable and professional and thorough. After we purchased the vehicle, he made sure that we felt comfortable with all of the many new features and has encouraged us to come back and get further help from him to better familiarize ourselves so that we will be able to take full advantage of all the technologies and functions in our new car.
