I’ve never had issues with communication like this with any shop I’ve ev DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT! September 26, 2020 This is unreal. I’ve never had issues with communication like this with any shop I’ve ever dealt with in my 50 years of life. My truck has been in their service department for 41 days now. The last time I heard from them was two days after my truck was delivered. They told me what the cost of the repairs were, just under $6,000. I approved the repairs to be done. I have not been able to get anyone from the service department on the phone and they have not returned any of my calls since then. I have requested the service manager as well as the service “Advisor “. Both of them let their phone calls go to voicemail and do not reply. I am from out of state and have no transportation to them or anywhere else. UPDATE November 17, 2020 It has now been 53 days (I’ve made two note payments on my truck) since my truck was dropped off at this place and I still cannot get anyone to talk to me. The repairs consist of replacing the transfer case, drive shaft, a new transmission wire assembly and a new fuel line. The service advisor told me they were just waiting on the wire assembly to come in and it was on back order. I had to have the entire engine replaced in 2017 and it only took two weeks at my home town dealership, so I was leery of this back order excuse. The part number for the wire assembly is listed on the original service estimate. I Googled the part number and every other Ford dealership and parts store has this assembly IN STOCK! I left a message with the service advisor about this and now they are really avoiding me because they know they’ve been caught in a lie and have exhausted their excuses for not doing their job. If I ever get my truck back I will have to go through their work with a fine tooth comb. It’s obvious that they’re service department is lazy, incompetent and just plainly don’t care. That tells you a lot about their character, business ethics and work ethic. If the service is completed well and I don’t have any other issues I will update my review with a higher rating. As for now...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I wish I would have read all of the other poor reviews on this place’s service department before I CHOSE to give them my BUSINESS, almost $6,000! More

Jamie and I talked Contacted Mike Willis Ford through their website. I was going to buy a new truck and was talking to a sales person named Jamie. Jamie and I talked through a deal and she said she talked with her manager and we agreed on a price of a new truck “out the door”. She said the “out the door” deal was approved through her manager, yet when I showed up they both approached me with paperwork showing a price $6k more than what was agreed upon. The manager (name unknown) then acted childish and just walked off and said sorry business couldn’t be handled. If I have in black and white where it was stated a deal was reached and is approved by management and/or a sales person. It should be followed through. Was recommended to go to Mike Willis by a colleague. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere. Severely disappointed More

I have used Chan and Mike Willis for My last 2 vehicles and family members have went to him too for buys. I’ve been extremely happy when the way our deals have went and Chan’s efforts not to make the deal and family members have went to him too for buys. Also have a couple small issues with my vehicle outside of the purchases that Chan assisted with and was Johnny on the spot to make sure it was taken care of quickly and correctly. More
