(I still have the text on my phone) Showed up at 8AM as scheduled on Jul Scheduled appointment a week ahead for oil and tires. Got confirmation text. (I still have the text on my phone) Showed up at 8AM as scheduled on July 5th to find service department "closed for holiday sign in window", door locked lights off. Schedule me when you're closed GREAT job! More
