I am not happy I have to do this and more. Do not Trust the Service department! You need to ask if it is an OEM Part! They literally cost me thousands! On a timing chain service when I had my Do not Trust the Service department! You need to ask if it is an OEM Part! They literally cost me thousands! On a timing chain service when I had my water pump done! The recommended it! BUT they sure did not give me the option of keeping my OEM as it wasn't bad! So I took the recommended since the engine was opened up! 20+ plus later my timing g is out! Said oil solenoid was clogged it wasn't! Said I went over 3k on synthetic oil! Well Oil wouldn't stretch steel timing chain out! We all know you can drive longer on Synthetic. So I ask Ford to do the right thing! Nope they won't! I live on Disability, it took me more than 8 months to save for a new engine through a Ford Certified Mechanic and 800.00 cheaper than Mike White!! They said they would of consider it if I did it through them.. wait what So I got struggle more months with our a car and at more cost! These people LIED! They use a computer and say timing off, and why I had engine go bad!! Nope! Cert Mechanic said it was inferior chain. Now I got to save for legal council because the Big Guy Mike White Service department wants to screw people over with LIES! They have e caused me nothing but stress ! So MAKE SURE THEY PUT OEM PARTS IN YOUR CAR! You pay for it! More

Sales Department is excellent to deal with. The service department is the most useless I have ever dealt with. I have been trying since August of 2020 to get a warranty replacement of my runni The service department is the most useless I have ever dealt with. I have been trying since August of 2020 to get a warranty replacement of my running boards on the brand new truck I purchased from the dealership. One of the service writers took photos of the chrome that is bubbling up, I have sent photos on two different occasions and I asked my salesman for help, he took photos. There still has not been anything done to get them replaced. I would return to purchase another vehicle but any service work other than an oil change I will go some place else. More

Lost an alternator belt and dropped in, no appointment. We had a 5th wheel and were given a place to park. Service Advisor Rick Hess jumped right on it by calling a tech to the front to check each sensor who verified they were all working, then pulled vehicle around back to service bay to recalibrate computer to proper PSI for oversized tires. From the moment I pulled in, to the time I left, all under ten minutes...thanks to Rick! More

Got me in and out for a very fair price and headed back to Montana. Bob, the courtesy shuttle driver was a very outstanding gentleman. A great ambassador to the brand.
