I have been trying since August of 2020 to get a warranty replacement of my running boards on the brand new truck I purchased from the dealership. One of the service writers took photos of the chrome that is bubbling up, I have sent photos on two different occasions and I asked my salesman for help, he took photos. There still has not been anything done to get them replaced. I would return to purchase another vehicle but any service work other than an oil change I will go some place else. More

Lost an alternator belt and dropped in, no appointment. We had a 5th wheel and were given a place to park. Belt part was ordered from Spokane and was installed as soon as the belt arrived and a mechanic wa We had a 5th wheel and were given a place to park. He made us feel at home and kept us informed thru the repair process. Everyone was great from Rick to the Mechanic to the office clerk. Very professional and very friendly. Service Advisor Rick Hess jumped right on it by calling a tech to the front to check each sensor who verified they were all working, then pulled vehicle around back to service bay to recalibrate computer to proper PSI for oversized tires. From the moment I pulled in, to the time I left, all under ten minutes...thanks to Rick! More

The Ford dealer in Spokane said it would be 5 days. Lake City Ford said they could squeeze me in. And it was on a Saturday! Rick, the guide service was awesome. Got me in and out for a very fair price and headed back to Montana. Bob, the courtesy shuttle driver was a very outstanding gentleman. A great ambassador to the brand. Overall an outstanding experience. More

Customer service was very good After the purchase of our new F-150 I had a problem installing the keyless entry that I had purchased through the parts department at Lake City Ford.
