Great Service Department! Was in CDA to buy a Bronco from a private party. Wanted to have it checked out before I drove it back to Montana. Got me in and out for a very fair price and headed back to Montana. Bob, the courtesy shuttle driver was a very outstanding gentleman. A great ambassador to the brand. Heard from him in less than 10 minutes. Reached agreement on selling price by phone next morning. That afternoon took my Lincoln in for trade in value assessment. The three people identified below and Service staff were most accommodating, friendly and sincere in finalizing my transaction. Only Ford/Lincoln dealership in Greater Spokane area that provides service on Saturday and Sunday. Lake City Ford sets a very high bar compared to most other dealerships. More

Never Again ! My experience with this dealership was a total nightmare at the end of my lease program. I wanted to purchase my Escape at lease end or get a new leas My experience with this dealership was a total nightmare at the end of my lease program. I wanted to purchase my Escape at lease end or get a new lease. I was low balled on my vehicle value ( payoff was more than I owed ) . Payments on a new lease would have doubled and to purchase the vehicle would have been unreachable also. I decided to get financing thru Potlatch to buy out the lease end , and I got a great rate , plus other great offers. But dealing with this Ford dealer at lease end was as I said , a total nightmare and a huge waste of my valuable time. The finance people were slow to respond and unsure of the process that I needed completed in order to get outside financing put in place. At this time I will never again lease a vehicle , especially from Ford ! There are too many invariables to deal with at lease end , not knowing what the value of the vehicle will be after 2 or 3 years of a lease. Needless to say , I got burned . More
