Sales Department is excellent to deal with. The service department is the most useless I have ever dealt with. I have been trying since August of 2020 to get a warranty replacement of my running boards on the brand new truck I purchased from the dealership. One of the service writers took photos of the chrome that is bubbling up, I have sent photos on two different occasions and I asked my salesman for help, he took photos. There still has not been anything done to get them replaced. I would return to purchase another vehicle but any service work other than an oil change I will go some place else. More

Well, I have been suckered and stuck with 72 months of financial burden. All due to Mike White Ford sales team. Nothing I signed off on was what I was expecting once they handed me off to the finance comp financial burden. All due to Mike White Ford sales team.
