I am not happy I have to do this and more. Do not Trust the Service department! You need to ask if it is an OEM Part! They literally cost me thousands! On a timing chain service when I had my water pump done! The recommended it! BUT they sure did not give me the option of keeping my OEM as it wasn't bad! So I took the recommended since the engine was opened up! 20+ plus later my timing g is out! Said oil solenoid was clogged it wasn't! Said I went over 3k on synthetic oil! Well Oil wouldn't stretch steel timing chain out! We all know you can drive longer on Synthetic. So I ask Ford to do the right thing! Nope they won't! I live on Disability, it took me more than 8 months to save for a new engine through a Ford Certified Mechanic and 800.00 cheaper than Mike White!! They said they would of consider it if I did it through them.. wait what So I got struggle more months with our a car and at more cost! These people LIED! They use a computer and say timing off, and why I had engine go bad!! Nope! Cert Mechanic said it was inferior chain. Now I got to save for legal council because the Big Guy Mike White Service department wants to screw people over with LIES! They have e caused me nothing but stress ! So MAKE SURE THEY PUT OEM PARTS IN YOUR CAR! You pay for it! More
