I was recently in for service at Mike Ward Infiniti. I was immediately greeted by Arend who explained the process to me. I was given a loaner car (love it) and he kept me updated throughout the day on th was immediately greeted by Arend who explained the process to me. I was given a loaner car (love it) and he kept me updated throughout the day on the status of my car. He couldn't have been more helpful or have made my experience any better. I will never see anyone else in service. If you ever come here for service, ask for Arend. You wont be disappointed!!!! More
