My experience with Mike Ward Infiniti is always awesome and this visit was no exception. I drive 60 miles to bring my car in for service because I know they will take such good care of my car! Won't offer any assistance to repair a second failed cvt in the same car. Terrible quality and terrible customer service. No transmission should fail in less than 70,000 miles. But Mike Ward Infiniti see in the same car. Terrible quality and terrible customer service. No transmission should fail in less than 70,000 miles. But Mike Ward Infiniti seems to think that is OK and OK to share the customer full price for it's replacement. More
