We had a strict budget we wanted to stick to and he worked all angles to help us get to a place we felt comfortable with. Josh in finance was also a great closer as all the paperwork was ready to go when we got there. Mike Ward even came out to say hi to our Christmas princess who was being totted around throughout the purchase of the car. All in all, don't think just because you found a good deal at one dealership that you shouldn't try to give Mike Ward Infiniti the business. They really fought hard to keep our business and I am sure when it is my husbands turn to get into a new car we will be going back. Lastly, the communication was key. They were quick to respond to all calls and questions with no time wasted. It was simply a dream experience. More
