My wife and I originally spoke to a different salesman who just happened to be off on the day we came in to buy our 2022 Subaru. So, when we arrived we were introduced to Keith. Wow… what a great guy, a g who just happened to be off on the day we came in to buy our 2022 Subaru. So, when we arrived we were introduced to Keith. Wow… what a great guy, a gentleman, super smart, very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, nice and easy to get along with. Truth be told we visited a Ford dealership, a Toyota dealership, and CarMax before we ever consider Mike Shaw. All three of those dealers tried to sell us something with some kind of silver lining. We felt lied to, and I sensed some cheating going on at all three of those places. The second we met Keith we (my wife and I) were thinking too good to be true. He spoke to us as if we had met before. We looked at a vehicle together and I thought to myself I don’t have to played hardball with him. He walked us back to his office with coffee and a water bottle. We sat down in his office and it was like a slice of heaven. Keith was 100% transparent and honest. Needless to say, we were extremely comfortable talking to him, working out all of the details and asking any and every question we both had for him. We have not experienced advice before at the other dealerships but we openly accepted Keith’s and were tremendously happy to hear it. I can write a whole lot of more nice things about Keith but I would probably over do it. We drove away happy and talked about him all the way home. Keith is one salesman not to forget! More

The absolutely worse experience EVER. They sold my retired husband a used 2006 Dodge Dakota that they knew had major issues. After paying for a rebuilt transmission, catalitor converters, They sold my retired husband a used 2006 Dodge Dakota that they knew had major issues. After paying for a rebuilt transmission, catalitor converters, brakes, tires, ball joints and struts we have paid over $7,000 in repairs and no one will even return our calls. We have paid more in repairs than we paid for the truck. Do not buy used from them, they just want to make a sale and then will ignore you CROOKS!!!!! More

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVCE!!! I bought a brand new 2022 Subaru Outback from Mike Shaw Subaru in September 2021. I was planning on driving my new car to California in October, so I brought my brand new 2022 Subaru Outback from Mike Shaw Subaru in September 2021. I was planning on driving my new car to California in October, so I brought my brand new car to Mike Shaw Subaru for an oil change at 2,024 miles on October 20th to guarantee I’ll be safe on my trip. When I picked up my car I was driving down 104th and my oil light turned on, so I turned around and went back to the dealership. When I got there an advisor pulled the dipstick and it didn’t look like there was any oil on the dipstick. It was 6pm so all the techs were gone for the day, so he told me to leave the car there and a tech would look at the car in the morning. I got there at 7am the next day and Danny, the assistant service manager, brought out technician, Bob, who has 4.4 quarts of oil in a jug which is how much oil my car takes. Bob put in half the jug, then checked the dipstick and the car still wasn’t full of oil, so he put the rest in. After all 4.4 quarts were put into the car then my car was full of oil. Bob confirmed that my car left the lot with no oil in it. Alex was the technician that did my oil change. He marked on my inspection that my car had oil in it which is false, which means he didn’t even do a thorough inspection. If he would have done his job correctly my car wouldn’t have left that lot without oil. Danny and the service manager Kevin have completely wiped their hands clean of the situation. I had to go to Subaru of America to get any type of satisfaction. Only Subaru wants to try to fix the situation. Danny and Kevin don’t want to do anything to fix the situation. First they told me they would send my oil off to be analyzed 4 times per year for 2 years and now they are saying they will just run a magnet through the oil and not send it off. They also told me I would be refunded for the oil change and I have yet to see that. My engine could very well be compromised and seize up on me one day because of what Alex did to my car and Danny and Kevin don’t even care. I will never be bringing my car here again because I do not trust them to do good work and either should you. If they can’t do a basic oil change, what makes you think they can more complicated services correctly? STAY AWAY!! More
