I consistently enjoy using this dealership. For example on this last visit Gunnar mentioned that the cabin air filter should be changed. Turns out it was filthy and just a simple thing like that made the air flow much better in the cabin. Of course the noise did not happen but he came back into the waiting area about 15 -20 minutes later to tell me what the noise might be (based on my discription)and to come back in and ask for him if it continued. What this said to me was that he was still trouble shooting in his mind even though he was on to someone elses car. I have continued to recommend your dealership to people even if they don't live on this side of town. I lived in Littleton when I purchased my car from this dealership. Thanks for a great job!! More

This dealer has always been quick and has repaired any warrenty items with out being ask to do it. They have all been very friendly and helpfull. I had a minor accident due to slick roads and needed the suspension on my Forester repaired. I work from my car as a home hospice nurse. I leased by Subaru approximately two years ago. I absolutely love the car itself, but the service at Mike Shaw Subaru is just as great. My windshield wiper wasn't working at one point last year and absolutely love the car itself, but the service at Mike Shaw Subaru is just as great. My windshield wiper wasn't working at one point last year and they said to come right in and they fixed it right away! I just had the 15,000 mile service and it was done in the time they said it would be done and they even washed my car as well!
