Come to find out the vehicle was never serviced before they sold it to us. We called Greeley Subaru to ask for help........ they did not want to offer any help. Buy somewhere else I would not advise dealing with Greeley Subaru based on my experience. I recently, reluctantly bought a 2015 outback from this dealership. After going back and forth on price with the sales team for awhile, I was offered a price by Daisy on a printed out sheet of paper (which I still have). The price was $26,876.90. She said that was the best they could do for me. I asked her to let me sleep on it and I'd get back to her the next day. She agreed. The next day I made a last attempt to get a lower price which did not work and ultimately I agreed to pay the price that was quoted to me the day prior, however that price was no longer offered to me! I asked to speak to the manager. I was transferred to Hector who told me that there had been some sort of mistake and that 27,000 was the best he could do. These people would not budge from 27k even after they came down to the previously negotiated price. They did not honor the price they quoted me the day before. I expressed my disappointment in their decision but they did not choose to make things right. I ended up buying the car because I knew my wife really wanted this particular car and I couldn't find another one in my area just like it. I didn't want $123 dollars to stand in the way of that. I think the dealership should have ate that difference and kept a happy customer. It would have been the right thing to do. For the record I think Daisy, who was very good to us, was caught in the middle of this thing and I do not blame her. I blame the management there. More
