Karen and Dal Initially I worked with Dal over the phone, eventually sending a deposit to be held until the Mazda I ordered arrived. I kept notes from my phone conversations, continually watching the Internet for specs and especially checking for colors of the interior. I had requested blue with tan interior. I asked frequently about the interior color because I hadn't even seen the 2016 Miata brochure yet. When it finally arrived at my home it seemed obvious that the interior would not be tan, but I continued to ask, thinking perhaps because it was a "special order", I'd get tan. As it turned out, of course the interior was black. Dal finally told me after the car arrived. When I drove up to the dealership I met Dal and Karen who worked together. They knew I was disappointed about the interior and I have a feeling they could/should have been more honest with me about that. HOWEVER.....after seeing the car and taking it for a drive, I was very happy with everything EXCEPT the interior. I realize Dal and Karen couldn't do anything about the fact that Mazda has made a tragic error by NOT offering my Miata with a tan interior!! So, I'm so very happy with my new little Miata. Karen, I haven't named her, but she has plates now, so that will help me decide on a name! I'll stop in next time I'm in Greeley. I need to have the shop check how the top hangs down and restricts some of the back window. More

Greeley Subaru was the smallest dealership, but provided the best experience and pricing, by far. I intend to shop there for my next Subaru purchase. More

I was able to try out different models as much as I wanted, at my own pace. I wasn't pressured. She was always pleasant and respectful and treated me as an intelligent car-buying woman. The car was competitively priced so that I didn't feel like I had to travel to the Denver area or beyond to obtain a fair deal. I test drove different cars at different dealerships in Greeley and found a number of the salesmen to be dismissive and annoying, which is an instant turn off. It was a nice change of pace to go to Greeley Subaru and work with Karen who seemed a natural at making people feel at ease & listening to the customer's requests. My husband and I were both impressed with the professionalism and ease of the car buying experience. It was a nice surprise to get exactly what we wanted without attempting to be pressured to buy things we didn't want. The day we picked up the car was fun and celebratory, with Karen even giving us a rose and balloons with the car. That was a nice touch. More
