Best service experience ever. I stopped in to inquire about a safety recall for the airbags on my way through town. I live about 2 1/2 hours away and was only in town briefly. No I stopped in to inquire about a safety recall for the airbags on my way through town. I live about 2 1/2 hours away and was only in town briefly. Noe in service found a way to get us in the next morning and had the needed part that the recall letter said wouldn't be available for a year! The service took over two hours, but everyone at the dealership was very accommodating and helped us pass the time. We refreshed ourselves with coffee and hot chocolate. We looked at the new vehicles in the showroom and Gene in sales showed us some informative videos and explained some of the new technology even though he knew we weren't there to buy a car today. He even offered to take us out for a test drive, which we did and had a great time checking out all the improvements in the new models. When we got back to the dealership the car was ready for us, the recall of course cost us nothing, and to top things off the car was washed. We helped ourselves to some bottled water for the road and drove back to Nebraska. I recommend this dealership highly. Thanks Noe and Gene! More
