Service gone right I had taken my car to get the engine replaced at us automotive. The moment I got it back it was nothing but a total headache. Problem after problem th I had taken my car to get the engine replaced at us automotive. The moment I got it back it was nothing but a total headache. Problem after problem that lead to me spending money on parts I didn’t need on top of my 4000 used engine. Us automotive kept telling me there wasn’t a problem and made me feel like I was crazy. I finally took my car into Subaru and John took his time to look my and found my entire engine wasn’t properly so that’s what was causing it to shut off and die while driving! The guys at us didn’t believe me when I said it was some electrical, they instead made their own makeshift “ground that John removed and informed me about. For once someone listened to my thoughts and took the time to do it right. I’m forever grateful for his honesty and actually listening to the problems I was experiencing instead of seeing me as a money pit and having me buy unnecessary parts. Us automotive is shut down and no longer in business, because of they he awful service and management. I’m glad we found a dealership we can trust. More

I was greeted and introduced to Gene Foos who showed me their inventory and explained in detail the pros and cons of each vehicle I was interested in.
