Disappointment after disappointment made me question who my preferred service provider wa Once upon a time I used to be a Weld County Garage customer. Disappointment after disappointment made me question who my preferred service provider was, but I was scared to switch stores. Doubts/distrust flooded my thoughts as I contemplated making to move, but eventually I did. You see, it is the middle of the summer, when the sun is at its fiercest. Of course, this is when my A/C decides to go out. Have no worry though, for Noe Delarosa got me into his schedule THE DAY I contacted him with the issue. Not only did he fit me in his schedule, but he comforted my as I complained about how miserable I was in the hotbox that had become my vehicle. Upon my arrival to Greeley Subaru I was delightfully surprised by the friendliness of the staff, specifically THE Noe Delarosa. I would say I was most impressed by how efficiently his team worked. I did not have to wait a MINUTE passed my "promise time," which was extremely convenient being as I was coming from Fort Collins. During my wait, which was expected for an A/C repair, Noe joked around with me and the people accompanying me. He really made us feel comfortable in the new environment, almost like I'd been coming there for years. Also notable is how Noe kept me informed on the status of my vehicle the entire time I was in the service department, it certainly gave me peace of mind that I knew exactly what was happening with my vehicle. I would definitely recommend Greeley Subaru, BUT OVERALL I would recommend Noe, for his diligence. Noe is a perfect example of a needle in a hay stack, meaning while most dealers will try to upsell you to make more money off of you, Noe took his time to make sure I understood everything, was okay with everything, and made the whole experience fun in the process. TRULY a life changing experience with this department, bravo. More

I called at 7:30am when the service department opened and they told me they would be waiting for my car arrival. I had an issue with the car not starting so I had to have it towed to the Subaru dealer. When I arrived, they were ready to start the diagnostics on my Impreza. They offered to give me a ride home and I took them up on the offer. When we were leaving the dealer, I saw a service technician already looking at my vehicle. I was home for about an hour and received a call at 10:30 am that my vehicle was fixed and ready to go. They sent out a driver for a pickup for me. Greeley Subaru turned a bad day into a good day for me! I will definitely use their superior service again in the future. Thanks Greeley Subaru! More
