My wife recently had spinal fusion surgery and needed a loaner car with Eyesight and a backup camera so she could safely drive. Greeley Subaru gave us a loaner car with this safety technology. Kylah Browning, our service advisor was very efficient and friendly. Also, Robert Moreno was very helpful in getting us set up with a loaner car. Superhero Noe Noe always helps me in my most desperate times of need. I had an oil change appointment scheduled for the afternoon, however when I started my car to Noe always helps me in my most desperate times of need. I had an oil change appointment scheduled for the afternoon, however when I started my car to run errands in the morning my oil light came on. Frantic, I pulled the dip stick to check my oil level, it was EMPTY. Mind you, I’ve blown my engine once so I was not in the business of doing it again. Unsure of the next step, I turned to Noe, who instructed me on what oil I should purchase from the local autotomive store. I was concerned I was going to blow my engine again, Noe was aware of this, and Noe talked me through the entire thing, offering the most comforting words to soothe my anxiety. Once I obtained said oil, I called Noe for I was not sure where to put it in my car, I’m not a mechanic. Noe stayed on the phone with me and gave me a step by step tutorial on how to add oil to my car, which as I found was not very hard. Then once I came in for my oil change at Greeley Subaru, Noe comforted me again, reassuring me that my vehicle would be okay. Once returned to me, I found that my vehicle had been washed and waxed, Noe joked with me to not wait so long on changing the oil. He really does go the extra mile when assisting his customers, I recommend him, and his incredible team, for all of your service needs. A real superhero. More
