Frank and Steve were fantastic. Even with the paperwork issues from other areas, Frank always met me, apologized (even though it wasn't his fault) and worked with me on every part of the process. Coffee was amazing, they had snacks, great WiFi, and Roku TV! Staff members came up and asked how I was doing and if I was being taken care of in a genuine way! I had the privilege of working with Josh Clapper. What an incredible sales rep! I would recommend working with him every single time! We had a windshield replaced at Greeley Subaru. About a month later, a rock cracked our windshield again!
