Not only did she get my car into the shop for inspection but she was able to get me a great deal on a rental and get me on my way. I feel that she went over and beyond what anyone would have expected and turned what could have been a disaster into a scenario where I got home to my kids. Not only that, but she was very honest in her diagnosis and the billing was very fair. Further, when I got home, I was thrilled to see that my windshield wiper fluid was working again.
