Karen and the entire Greeley Subaru team make you feel special. The 5 star service and attention doesn't stop when you drive away, They are always friendly and ready to answer questions or provide service. Starting this journey I was scared and unsure of what route I wanted to go with getting a new car. I looked around and ran across the Greeley Subaru location and read all the great the reviews. So I decided to reached out to them and was fortunate to get in touch with an amazing woman named Angel. Angel made every minute count and every minute well worth it. I did not want to drive 8 hours to get into a car especially when I have a Subaru dealership here locally. But, I knew that after speaking with Angel that the drive would be more than worth it. When I got there I saw the car that was picked out for me freshly washed (which was a great sign for me) . I was hesitant at first but I put my trust in this woman and I was happy that I did. When I walked in I was greeted and automatically connected with Angel. The moment I walked into her office I was greeted by a lady named Michelle with the keys in hand. She walked me outside and as soon as I sat in the car I instantly fell in love with the car that was picked out for me and at very that moment my fears went away. I knew the 8 hour drive wasn't for nothing. I was more than happy with the vehicle and was ready to sign that papers. Needless to say I am now a proud owner of a 2019 Subaru Impreza sport. Angel and Michelle are amazing I highly recommend them to help you with buying your next car. Steve was also amazing and made sure I knew everything I needed to know about my new car. He stayed late several days in a row and worked around our work schedules to get us in our perfect car. We ended up with a 17 Forester XT and it is my favorite car I have ever owned. They detail the car and put a bow on it for you, which was a very nice touch :) Also, Jesse in finance is wonderful. They both stayed super late the night we picked up our car to make sure we would have it to get our kiddos to school the next day and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Also, the dealership itself is beautifully clean and every person we interacted with was very warm and friendly. I am so happy we went with Greeley Subaru and definitely consider them for your next vehicle purchase! More
