We just took possession of a 2019 Subaru Outback Limited with 3.6r engine and are extremely pleased with the vehicle and the way we were treated at Greeley Subaru. As we have gotten older, we recognize the need for the new accident prevention and protection features offered by new cars. After researching features, prices, and reviews of mid-size SUV's, it was evident that Subaru Forester and Outback led the pack for features, performance and owner satisfaction. Fortunately for us, a new dealership, Greeley Subaru, had recently opened about a mile from us. In mid-2018, one of us (Art) stopped in to take a look at the entire lineup. I was met at the door by Michelle Figolah a very friendly and welcoming saleswoman who asked if she could help me. I explained that I was probably wanting to see a Forester, but would like to see all of the models. We started with the Crosstrek and worked our way up to the Outback with Michelle enthusiastically explaining everything about each model. She was very knowledgeable about all of these vehicles. I was very impressed with all of the safety features, visibility, and the ease of entry and exit with the Forester. Even moreso with the Outback. I left with brochures and a head full of details to sort out. I kept doing research and learned from Consumers Report that an improved 2019 Forester was coming in a couple of months. The new model lineup also included an Outback with a 3.6 liter 6 cylinder engine. We are accustomed to the power of the V-8 and this would be more comparable to what we expect than the 2.5 liter engine. In April, 2019, I went back to Greeley Subaru and asked for Michelle. She was excited to show me the new Outback Limited 3.6r in Crimson Red Pearl. Michelle displayed an exceptional knowledge of the many features of this car and I was so impressed that I put a hold payment on it until Sharon, my wife, could see it. Then, we went to her office to discuss price and the only thing I had to do was ask what the best price was. Subaru is closing out these vehicles in preparation for the 2020 models, so I was very pleased with the price she quoted. Our price was $1000 below invoice. After a test drive, Sharon and I decided that this was indeed the exact car for us. The quiet ride of this beautiful sleek car is as smooth as silk, handling is very responsive, there is ample power for passing, and is very safe with all of the new features including the steel cage feature for rollover protection. Speaking of all the new features, on the day of delivery, Steve Wolf, the Guru of Subaru features introduced us to the operation of the car. His knowledge and ability to clearly describe all of the features is exceptional. His enthusiasm for this car is contagious. The major safety and operational features were set for our first few weeks of driving and as we develop our own expertise and questions, he will spend time explaining in depth each of the functions and features to the extent we need and as often as required for us to be knowledgeable and comfortable driving thid fine machine. Best car buying experience We were looking to purchase a particular color Subaru Impreza for our son. Only Greely had the car with the options we wanted. The other dealers tried to trade for it but that didn’t work out. I contacted Jesse, Greely’s Internet sales manager. He agreed to meet or beat the other offers and even drive the car to meet us in Denver to reduce our drive from Colorado Springs to pickup the car. We finalized the price over texts, he prepared the paperwork, met us after working hours for the dealership at 8 PM in Park Meadows mall to inspect the car and sign paperwork. He and his coworker gave my son some Impreza feature overviews and we were done! I have bought many new cars but this was easy, painless, and Jesse was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He even gave the car key in a nice Subaru key chain. Buy from them! More
