Fantastic car buying experience I cannot speak highly enough about the experience we had at Greeley Subaru. Jeremiah took the time to sit with us before ever showing us any cars, to I cannot speak highly enough about the experience we had at Greeley Subaru. Jeremiah took the time to sit with us before ever showing us any cars, to learn what we were looking for, what features were important, and answering our questions. He was enthusiastic about the car during our test drive, making sure we knew about the different safety features, as well as the conveniences. He took the time to walk us around the Outback to point out things Subaru has done to make the cars super safe, and made us feel confident that we had found the right car for us. The car buying experience was painless, and Jeremiah worked to help us get the best deal on our new car. He walked us around and introduced us to the service and parts department, and handed us off to Steve, whose enthusiasm for Subaru is infectious. Steve is exceptionally knowledgeable, taking time to introduce us to the car’s various features and making sure we knew what the car can do (and giving us good tips on what not to do, to prolong the car’s life!). Experience Extraordinary First off, it was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. It started with expressing an interest in looking at the 2016 Subaru onl First off, it was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. It started with expressing an interest in looking at the 2016 Subaru online. When we arrived at the Greeley Subaru dealership, Jerimiah Clapper greeted us and had the car out front idling w/air conditioning on (it was hot outside). He had a warm and humble spirit and was able to give concise answers to our questions. He was very helpful on explaining all the features of the Subaru during our test drive. Back from the test drive, Jerimiah introduced us to Steve Wolf. What a delightful, very knowledgable and humorous man. Steve sat in the car with us and explained all the amazing features of the Subaru. It was obvious that he loved his job and working for Subaru. Back inside the dealership, Jerimiah arranged for all the paperwork to be done by Angel, the contracts administrator; plus, he arranged for our extra requests to be done on the 2016 Subaru and completed within 2 days. Afterwards, Steve introduced us to Dave the GM of the dealership and then joined us for a quick lunch at a nearby restaurant. When we drove away from from the dealership in our newly purchased Subaru, my wife and I felt we had become part of a special dealership family. So far, we a very satisfied with our Subie!!
