Frank approached me and asked if I've been helped. I told him I was in for an oil change and wanted to look at the new 2020 Outback while I was waiting. He took me to the new Outbacks and even let me drive one! He explained all the new features and I was extremely impressed by his professionalism. I didn't expect to be welcomed like family and felt very at ease even though I just wanted to look while I was waiting for my oil change. Extended warranties I've bought a few vehicles from Greeley Subaru over that past couple of years. I kept on getting letters asking for extended warranties on my vehicles I've bought a few vehicles from Greeley Subaru over that past couple of years. I kept on getting letters asking for extended warranties on my vehicles even though I already purchased them. Being frustrated I stopped in and asked for Angel because she helped me with my purchases. She explained to me that they were 3rd party companies and had nothing to do with Greeley Subaru and that my extended warranty I bought was still in service. Thank you very much Angel for clearing up the confusion. I wish those other "extended warranty" companies were half as nice and helpful as Angel is at Greeley Subaru! More
