Came in to replace a recently totaled new Forester. I wasnt sure at all about what I wanted, but after going over some wants and needs, Josh found the perfect car for me. This dealership does not stand behind the cars they sell Customer service is deplorable. We purchased a used car - low mileage - that had a head gasket going out, according to our mechanic (who does not even Customer service is deplorable. We purchased a used car - low mileage - that had a head gasket going out, according to our mechanic (who does not even replace head gaskets, so they have nothing to gain). The dealership said the gasket "... is still functioning and is not broken, yet. You bought a used car. It could be fine for a day, a week, or a year. It's a USED car." Because we bought the car on a Wednesday and contacted them on the following Monday (past the three days to return), they refused to stand by their product. Deal done. This is the 5th Subaru I have owned in 20 years. We will never use this dealership again, and I will never recommend this dealership. More

He was patient as I switched back and forth between vehicles of interest a few times and never once pressured or swayed me one way or another. I had a lot of questions about the process and he was always willing to answer my questions to make sure I felt comfortable in my decision. Jeremiah was fantastic.
