I spent over $40k on a Subaru with Mike Shaw. Since then, I have made 7 calls over a week trying to get questions answered, tying to get another temporary title since they have not managed to get Since then, I have made 7 calls over a week trying to get questions answered, tying to get another temporary title since they have not managed to get the paperwork to me in time. NOT ONCE has someone picked up, and I am still waiting to get a response. The only call that their automated system let through routed me to Thornton! There I got a direct line number with the assurance "she's logged in at her desk, you will get an answer." Well, no luck. I will definitely not be taking my car there for service. More
