Absolutely the worst! Horrible service and my co worker warned me!. I brought in my brand new 19 1500 due to a brake pull safety concern. I drove with the service manager and showed him first hand how my truck is pulling to the right and how poorly transmission was shifting. He said he inspected everything and all checked out ok. He even blamed the pull, on me not holding the steering wheel enough! can you believe that?? Well after wasting my time at John Elway Dodge. I took it all the way over to Boulder. and..... what do you know BOULDER Service manager fixed BOTH the brake pull (cracked rotor) and transmission in one day. My co worker also had a safety issue here with a simple tire rotation. Sad how they just dont care. After all this I call last week to ask if they want a second chance at my business and the Director of service said her, the GM and the serviceanager all said" we are we are declining to schedule a appointment for your Ram truck". Seems they can care less at keeping customers OR wining the back. pathetic... More

He was very polite and informative as to the service he was providing, and listened to my personal concerns on the transmission performance, which is what the recall pertained too. Today I had Joe Segura, mobile tech from the dealership come to my house in Ft. Collins to take care of airbag recall item. Joe's a good guy, right on time, very knowledgeable, and he was done in under 30minutes. Highly recommended. Thanks Joe. More

What shop supplies could cost $20 to do an electrical diagnosis?? Service Writer was not very forthcoming when asked about items diagnosed. With reference to one of the items diagnosed - I don't believe the tech actually did anything. He must have guessed at the resolution because he estimated $561 in repairs for an item that was replaced brand new just a couple of days prior. Based on my experience, I feel that this service department tries to hide information from their customer, does not accurately report their finding, and charges for guess work on diagnosis. More
