Was quit, fast and easy Jason was so helpful, we didn’t wast time on trucks I didn’t want. He took straight to the ones I wanted and once I found it. More transparency when you are charging a customer I was charged nearly $20, in addition to labor, for shop supplies just for an electrical diagnosis! What shop supplies could cost $20 to do an electrical diagnosis?? Service Writer was not very forthcoming when asked about items diagnosed. With reference to one of the items diagnosed - I don't believe the tech actually did anything. He must have guessed at the resolution because he estimated $561 in repairs for an item that was replaced brand new just a couple of days prior. Based on my experience, I feel that this service department tries to hide information from their customer, does not accurately report their finding, and charges for guess work on diagnosis. More

An enjoyable experience I have been working on getting a vehicle for some time now. After having been to multiple dealerships in multiple locations with no luck or having not I have been working on getting a vehicle for some time now. After having been to multiple dealerships in multiple locations with no luck or having not been helped to the extent of the dealers I worked with, I came to John Elway and worked with Jason on severl occasions. While my credit and financial situation at previous visits did not pan out well, Jason still kept in contact with me and exhausted all of his resources to help me as best as he could. When my situation had finally improved, I felt confident and compelled to visit Jason here at John Elway again for me vehicle needs, and he was able to get me into a vehicle that suited me needs! I will be more than happy to do business with Jason again due to his professionalism and sincerity to help me get into vehicle I wanted! More

Was very satisfied with off site service technician ... Joe I called the Greeley Elway service dept. Because of a recall notice on my 2018 Ram 1500 pick up. They set me up to have a service rep.
