Michael Johnson in the service department is the epitome of professionalism, compassion, and attention to customer needs. Within less than 2 weeks, I had 2 separate issues with my tires that had nothing to of professionalism, compassion, and attention to customer needs. He returned my calls quickly, got me in for service immediately without an appointment, and, perhaps best of all - gave me a $40.00 discount because, unbeknownst to me, the dealership does price matching. Michael took the time to comparison shop on line, then told me he found the tire for less money, but the dealership would match the price. True integrity and professionalism.
