I have written a review on this place about 2 years ago regarding their collision shop and now this amazing review is regarding their service department. I was having issue with my car which is a lease tha regarding their collision shop and now this amazing review is regarding their service department. I was having issue with my car which is a lease that ends in 3 months and because I'm over my miles my warranty wasn't covered and very expensive. They were able to get most of the repair covered by contacting gm directly and even then I wasn't satisfied due to my lease almost being over. Their were fees I did not agree with and during my whole experience not once did anyone get upset with my dissatisfied voice. And they made the price the best they could considering. Tayze and his manager Rob are amazing and have no problem working with you if they can. They gave me advice and I gave them advice on how to deal with people knowing charges going forward and they were very understanding. I have never interacted with sales department at this dealership yet but dealing with collision and now service area has made me not want to go anywhere else for future. Sales department should be greatful for the guys in the back. More
