Bad service department Purchased a 2016 Corvette Z06 from this dealer. Experienced overheating while sitting in traffic. Advised service manager, Derek, and sales rep, Al, j Purchased a 2016 Corvette Z06 from this dealer. Experienced overheating while sitting in traffic. Advised service manager, Derek, and sales rep, Al, just before Hurricane Irma and both promised a call back after storm. 30 days later I advised Al I was nto driving my car and was waiting on service call and was assured he would talk with service manager. I spoke with service manager, Chris, from Rincon Chevrolet on 11/4/17 at a meeting of our Corvette club and he set up service for 11/7/17. Found out the cooling fan was not working and should get my car back today, 11/8/17. What a stark difference in service at two dealerships. Go to Rincon Chevrolet and not Mike Reichenbach Chevrolet. Could not even get a service visit set up in over 60 days! More

You don't want our money fine. We took our business to another local Chevy dealership and bought a brand new car the next day. I would never ever come back here or recommend this place to anyone if it lets their salesmen treat customers so poorly. More

The trade in value I had for average condition was $11,500. The sales guy called me and said yes I think we can get pretty close to what you want to do payment wise we have a vehicle with GM tag that even has extra $3000 discount and is same one you picked out but white. I said great! I went in AMD all of a sudden the white one had same discounts as one I picked out and my trade dropped $2500! They fed me some line about mileage. I said the book value allowed for mileage. I said what about my extra $3000 discount? You gave me same rebates as one I chose? He said oh the one you chose had them too, what? No it didn't, you showed me a special tag had $3000 off on this car and you said it had extra $3K more than other one because GM gives extra money for certain vehicles? Its all lies. He could not get close to what he said he could do. A total waste of my time. Its just to get you in there and talk you into it all. They are typical car salesman. Bait and switch. Never again! Here that Mike? Never again! More
Bad management and sales tactics. I went in for a scheduled service. While we waiting we decided to test drive a truck. I am interested in a new truck. While talking to the saleman, I advised him that I was waiting for my service to be completed and that I had time sensitive obligations prior to the test drive. He agreed to let me drive anyway. After driving we started talking money, however, salemen can not sale so while he went to the sales manager, I went to check on my car in service. The consultant told me it was in wash at this time. I went back to the saleman and continued working on pricing. He went back to the manager because he can not sell a vehicle, and I checked on my car in service. Come to find out, it was not in wash, it was stalled in service to give the saleman time to do the sell. Once we were mad, all of a sudden the car came out and went to wash. Filthy dirty. It almost cost me my other obligations. The wash job looked like a 3 year old did it. More

Then towards the end of 2014 all the familiar faces were gone. Last time I had my vehicle in there, I had to complain to management because the service manager was feeding me a line of xx, instead of getting the vehicle scheduled. I ended up having to show them what they had wrong on the option kit they installed, which it turned out was covered by a TSB. Then last week I called because of a fuel consumption issue, same problem with same person. I ended up having to resolve the problem. I complained, and was later accused of cursing. As far as I know the service department tech's are still good. But anyone would be well served to have there vehicle pre-diagnosed by someone else before having any warranty service done. More
